Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.5 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres away from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth and sides of foundations,consolidating aech deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 meter in pick jumper work

P/L C.Conc 1:4:8 ( 1 Cement:4 Sand :8 Graded stone agg 40 m.m nominal size )and curing comp. excluding the cost of form work in foundationand plinth

P/L C.Conc 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement:3 Sand :6 Graded stone agg 40 m.m nominal size )and curing comp. excluding the cost of form work in foundationand plinth.

Providing form work with steel plate 3.15 m.m thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5 m.m so as to givea fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc.With wooden battens and ballies , height of prooping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for insitureinforcement concrete and plain conc work in :-

i) Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work I/c bending ,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:5:10( 1 cement :5 sand :10 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & manufacture & required shade on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after thotooghly brushing the surface to remove all dirt & remains of loose powdered materials.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and I/c preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease,dirt and other foreign matter with ready mixed paint other than white as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Painting two coat (excluding Priming coat )on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade I/c cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping with while enamel paint .

Providing and fixing wood paneled glazed or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clear story 40mm thick windows including bright finished black enameled iron with necessary screws with second class deodar wood 40mm thick in all leads and lifts.

Prov. & fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized MS wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia. 0.56 mm for doors,windows & clerestrey windows including bright finished black enameled iron hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing following anodized aluminium fittings of anodized transparent and shade with necessary screw etc.complete

(a) Sliding door bolts 250x16mm.

(b-i) M.S. tower bolts (Barrel type) leads and lifts. 200x10mm.

(c-i) M.S. handles 125mm dia

Hiring of Excavator cum-loader for cutting work filling and deposal etcetra with a minimum capacity of 30(Thirty) cubic meter per hour including pay of operators P.O.L charges repair of machinery pay of driver and other expenses. Any accident and other damages of private and Govt. property and loss of life occuired during the working hour will be the whole rasponsibility of the owner of the machinery. The disposal materials will be done by the owner of machinery to the dusposal point within all leads and lifts other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in –charge.

Removal of slips in all kinds of soil including saturated soil but excluding rocky portion disposing of unservecable material up to alead of 20 mtrr stacking serviceable material neatly dressed the surface.

20 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick /stone /concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level I/c arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar1:6 (1 cement :6 sand)as per direction and to the entire satisfaction fo Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5sand: 6graded crushed stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge
