Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made LT panel ( 415 Volts, 50 Hz , 3-phase, 4 wire supply ) CPRI approved and tested Street Light TIme switch Outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class ( IP-54 ) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel angle iron frame work ( made out of 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm thick ), front opening type with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FR cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey shade 7035 embedded in ground with and including masonry of bocks of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of block size 30x30x30 cm, in cement mortar 1:4 incl rendering The scope of work also comprising of the following:-

INSTRUMENTS:- (i) Red, Yellow, Blue Phase indicating light LED type- 01 Set. (ii) Control MCB 6 A SP C Series - 1 Set. INCOMING:- (i) MCB 63 Amps, 4 Pole, 10 KA, 50 Hz, 415 Volts-01 No. Make: L&T/ Havells / Legrand (ii) Power Contactor 3 Pole, 32 Amps. 50 Hz, 220 Volts- 01 No. Make: L&T/ Havells/ ABB or equivalent. (iii) Automatic Time Switch electronic type, with battery backup of 100 hours, Programmable every 4 Hours current capacity 16 Amps 240/415 Volts, 50 Hz- 01 No. Make: L&T/ Havells or equivalent. (iv) Auto Manual Selector Switch 6 A SP- 01 No. Make: L&T/Schneider/Kaycee. (v) RED Phase indicating light LED type- 01 No.. Make: L&T/Vishnu/ Schneider/ C&S. (vi) Outgoing Terminal 4 Way - 1 Set. Make: Master/FTC/Connectwell. Panel wiring for control circuit with copper flexible 1.5 Sq mm & power wiring 10 Sqmm flexible. Note: In Case of failure, manual system should also be provided.

The panel manufacturer should have following Govt. Approved Certificates: 1. Panel should be according to IEC-61439. CPRI Certification Degree of Protection IP-54 (IS/IEC : 61439 (Part-1), 2011 & IS/IEC : 61439 (Part-2) 2011) 2. Tempreature Rise (IS/IEC : 61439-1, 2011 & IS/IEC : 61439-2 2011) 3. CPRI Short Circuit IEC-61439-1 & 2 withstand strenght should be 70kArms for 1.0 Sec with intial peak of 154kApk 4. CPRI Certification IEC-61439-1 & 2 Rated current for short circuit not less than 6300 A with rated insulation voltage 660V 5. ISO 9001 CERTIFIED. Contractor will get the copy of above certificates and submit to Engineer-in-charge/AGE(I) before erection of panel on ground.

S&F in repair FR PVC Sheathed Round , Copper conductor (Flexible) industrial cable , 1100 Volts , conforming to IS: 694 of size 2.5 Sqmm 3 core for connecting including 20 mm PVC conduit in trenches with excavation,return filling and removal of surplus soil not exceeding 50m distance for laying of cable complete including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair of moulded case circuit breaker four pole 25 to 100 amps 3 pole 16 KA Capacity 415V 50 Hz with adjustable thermal and magnetic relay incl replacement of lugs & disconnecting and taking out the old unservicable MCCB from panel/DBs/ etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge and directed.

M&L for painting of GI tubing pole of any size for post top lantern/garden lights after Cleaning and scraping with wire brush complete with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and applying one coat of cement base paint on PCC coping complete all as directed

S&F decorative LED type post top(Cool Day white light) lanterns luminaire 25 watts, out door type for 360 degree indirect light with resistant to corrosion, glare free having better uniformity complete with suitable driver all as specified.

S&F in replacement of LED fountain light luminaire 18 watts, ,underwater type ,12 V DC adjustable type IP 68 type complete with stainless steel housing toughened glass LED Lens as of approved colour temperature including fixing on existing surface with including suitable nuts , bolt& washer and making proper electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.
