Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately ) depending upon the classification of soil complete as per HP.PWD specifications including hauling/carriage of all labours, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations within all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and rerolling the sub-grade complete as per HP.PWD specifications including hauling/carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations within all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Graval/soil-aggregate base by providing well graded material; spreading in uniform layers with trector mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smoth wheel roler to achive desired density, complite as per technical specification Clause 402.including hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations within all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadom specifiction including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 kn static rollar in stage to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screeding/binding meterials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading -ll as per technical specifiction Clause 405.including hauling/carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations within all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Technical specification Clause 405. (By Mechanical means) including hauling/carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations within all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion (RS-I) conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion distributor including prepreparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom. On bituminous surface @ 0.25 Kg./sqm.(zero popint two five kilogram per square metre) including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipement and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502.including hauling/carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations within all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects. in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43(forty three) grade cement or any type as per clause 1501.2.2 and M-30 (thirty grade), design mix cement concrete, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383(three hundred eighty three), maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm(twenty five millimeter) mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 (zero point two) cubic meter capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes.compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous opreation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints. admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs using curing compound (where specified) and water, finishing to line and grade as per drawing and as per M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1501 and as per directions of Engineer in- Charge including hauling/carriage of materials to various location through all modes of ransportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.
