PERIODICAL SERVICES OF OTM ACCN OF VARIOUS UNITS UNDER GE (A) JAMNAGAR

Taking down cement plaster on brick, stone or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster etc completed as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantaling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement motar bedding(but not backing) removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off premises completed as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) each area exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4.0 sqm of any description each, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm each and n exc 2 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on surfaces of brick work/ stone masonry /concrete surface of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of newly plaster surfaces of wall by hand held sander/ long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc completed all as specified directed and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint with roller finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surface of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of newly plaster surfaces of ceiling by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc applying three coat of white washing with roller finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of stone masonry/brick/concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surface of wall by hand held sander/ long handle snader including cornices, pilasters etc and applying with airless spray two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
