ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OF INTELLIGENT CENTRALIZED SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM AT KARNATAKA STATE OPEN UNIVERSITY, MYSURU

The bidder must have successfully executed a minimum of three (3) Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) orders of Networking Project with a value of at least Rs. 25 Lakhs per AMC order. The bidder shall also upload client satisfaction letters for the aforementioned AMC orders as proof of satisfactory performance

The bidder must have successfully executed a minimum AMC order of Rs. 75 Lakhs and above.

The Bidder should be a private limited Company, a Public Sector undertaking, or a government agency incorporated in India. A copy of the registration certificate must be enclosed.

GST registration certificate

The manufacturers authorization form should be submitted for Network Switches (Core and Access) and PRTG. Manufacturers authorization is mandatory

The Bidder should have a minimum of 2 certified engineers, and certificates should be uploaded

The Bidder should have ISO9001 certification

PAN card copy, IT returns statement, Balance sheet, and profit & loss statement of financial year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.

Annual turnover statement certified by CA for the financial year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. The annual turnover of the firm for the last 3 Years should not be less than Rs. 250 lakhs.

Signed Tender Application Form with the Name of the Firm with full Address, contact details, E-mail address, etc. on letter head of the bidder.

Bidder Should Upload the Solution document have acknowledged by The Register, KSOU Mysuru confirming the Active and Passive components connected to various departments by detailing the Network Connectivity and confirming the Bill of materials
