Earth work(Ordinary rock) in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m,dressing the sides and bottom as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, stacking, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of following sizes as specified in uniform thickness or as directed by Engineer in charge, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density .

90 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate (Note: Item shall be measured as volume of compacted/finished base)

53 mm to 22.4 mm size stone aggregate (Note: Item shall be measured as volume of compacted/finished base)

Stone screening 11.2 mm nominal size (Type B) (Note: Item shall be measured as volume of compacted/finished base)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with finesand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing Industrial Sky lights, twin wall/multiwall standing seam 10mm thick Polycorbonate base corrugated fiber glass transparent sunlight roofing sheet (minimum 2mm individual wall thickness) with UV coating on both sides at all height including with necessry polycarbonate connecting profiles, fittings and fixtures with minimum overlaps as specified by manufacturer with adequate sealing and water shreading arrangements to ensure water tightness, counter flashing leak proof joints with 6mm J bolts, bitumen washers etc. with all materials, labour, transport etc. complete as per manufacturer's specifications, specifications and as directed by the engineer In Charge. (Note: Overlaps provided in general shal not be paid separately. However overlaps provided due to length restriction will be paid)

Providing and laying in position Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement, 1.5 coarse sand, 3 graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size) for all works upto plinth level, including consolidation, finishing, curing, cover blocks etc. but excluding cost of Form work, shuttering, centering complete as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Painting steel work with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint using 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of Asian Paints or equivalent including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour on steel surfaces, including preparing surfaces, scaffolding, wherever required & cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
