Excavation over area n. exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/disintegrated rock, complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material soil/rocks n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or as in sub base (75 mm thick) complete all as specified and directed.

RCC M-30 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressumers, lintels, columns complete all as specified and directed.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Granite of Ist quality 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut, table rubbed and polished as in flooring, steps tread, jambs, pillar, window-cills in single piece including nosing and two nos friction groove, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Granite of Ist quality 10 to 12 mm thick machine cut, table rubbed and polished as in verticle surfaces in single piece laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing old decorated surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment, scraping down, washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered or painted surface and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar thickness in floors, aprons and wall cladings complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes of pressure rating 4 kgf / cm2, for weep holes in stone masonary wall complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured)

Punched tape concertina coil (Bitumen dipped) 610mm dia made with high tensile strength galvanized mild steel wire 2.60 mm dia as per IS 4454 strip material (galvanized MS strip as per IS-1730) with angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 3.00 metre apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T stud tied with G.I staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts on GI barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (RBT)/ spring core 2.6mm dia wire minimum barb 9 mm width, loop spacing 250± 20mm, coil length 9 metre and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed. . Note :- (i) The make of concertina coil & barbed wire shall be approved by GE conforming to the specifications before procurement. (ii) Mild steel angle (Y-Shape) shall be measured and paid separately.

Brocken glass coping on top of wall in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of barbed wire and unservicible concertina coil of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for of any description complete all as specified and directed.
