Part 01 : Strengthening the road from Ammayanaickanur-Vathalagundu road to Dindigul-Kumuli road Km.0/0-2/0 (R17) EST RS 190.69 Lakhs Part A - Construction Work

Clearing the light jungle by uprooting including all cutting charges and disposing of the products and clearing as directed by departmental officers including all incidental charges etc. complete. MORD Specification 111, 112, 201

Earth work excavation from borrow pits for filling in all classes of soils, such as gravelly soil hard red earth shales, murrams gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with 50% lair sized boulders and hard gravel soil exept sand and hard rock requiring blasting as per SS 20A (Box cutting)

Picking the existing old metal for the B.T. surface and sectioning the undulations and all compacting charges etc., complete

Providing and Laying Gravel to a compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Sub Grade using STONE DUST to Improve the Subgrade CBR 7 TO 9 Construction of subgrade for 300mm depth by using picked material obtained from the existing surface by mechanical means and then adding 50% of defict materials by using carted earth obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet reguirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 100mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Bituminous macadam 50m thick including all charges etc Complete

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 30 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Construction of Culvert 3.00 span ch 1350m

Earth Work excavation for foundation in all soils and to full depth as may as be directed in hard rock requiring plastering but inclusive of shorting, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth as per SS20B

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal includingcost of all materials and watering whenever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick compacting etc., complete complying with std. Specifications and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal includingcost of all materials and watering whenever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick compacting etc., complete complying with std. Specifications and as directed.

Supplying and erecting centering for all rcc item of work including cost of all charges etc., Below GL

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.(MS rod or RTS bar will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recoverd at issue rate). the binding wire shall supplied by the contactor.

CC 1:2 :4 mix using 20mm I SS size hard granite broken metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement and including all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer (Bed block)

RCC 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works including cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Back filling with Good gritty gravel behind the Abutment & inbetween the wings including all labour charges etc., complete

Providing Weep Holes in Brick masonry reinforced cc wih 100mm Dia AC pipe extending through the full witdh of the struction with standard specification

Provision for Expansion joint inbetween the dirt wall & Deck in Abutment and inbetween deck in Pier in standard specification

Providing and laying Kraft paper barring between deck slab and bed block to the full width of seating
