1 Providing Material & Labour charge for making king size bed having 16.0 Nos 56117.62

size of 1800 mm x 2100 mm made up by 18/19 mm Thk. (double -

sandwich) Granite as pheripherial supports at all four sides & horizontal

middle support with all necessary proper solution. Having 450 mm high

base box made with 19 mm thk marin ply . Top of bed is covered by

mm thk marine ply & bottom is covered with 9 mm thk marine ply. Bed

corners are supported with 50 mm Ghana Teak Wood round edje wood

support finish with vineer melamine polish .Top & bottom ply of bed &

inner side ply is covered with 1 mm thk laminate. use of Ghana Teak

wood bidding appropriate size at each joints as suggested pattern.Sizes

and patterns may be varies as suggested by architect. All fixtures and

fastning must be approved by architect/EOI as per given standard make.

Complete with all hardwares like MS Nails & SS-304 screws etc. All

Details as per shown in detail drawings & as per instructions of architect /

incharge engineer. Please see the Attached Make List for Apporoved

Makes. Basic rate of ply is 1050.00 rs per sq mt.& Granite is 1500.00 rs

wardrobe shutter with 75 mm x 75 mm Ghana Teak Wood Frame and

depth of 600 mm with suggested nos of drawers having size of 600 mm x

580 mm x 125 mm, rest on telescopic channels. Ward robe Body & Inside

shelves made by 19 mm Thk. marine plywood. Back ply of ward robe is

12 mm marine ply. Drawers are made by 18/19 mm Granite & botom of

drawer is made by 9 mm marine plywood. All internal surfaces are

covered with 1 mm thk laminate of approved shade. All exposed surfaces

are covered with 4 mm thk vineer finish with melamine polish. shutters

are made with 19mm+6 mm marin ply for conceal handles. or as

suggested pattern for handles. External & internal joints covered with

teak wood bidding patti complete with melamine polish. All complete

with proper hardwares like locks for shutters, 25 mm dia ss pipe with

conceal socket, S.S. Screws, Nails, Magnets, 450mm long S.S. Handles of

& 100 mm long handles for drawers, etc. Sizes and patterns may be varies

as suggested by architect. All fixtures and fastning must be approved by

architect/EOI as per given standard make. All Details as per shown in

detail drawings & as per instructions of architect / incharge engineer.

Contractor has to provided all necessary cut outs for Electrical works & no

extra payment shall be made for it. Please see the Attached Make List for

Apporoved Makes. Basic rate of ply is 1050.00 rs per sq mt. & Granite

1 The Contractor shall be exhibit board as per government circular No.BDG/3277/1657 N dated 26/01/1997 S (M.GUJ) with

detailed specification and details of work and amount Involved at site without any payment as directed by Engineer-In-

2 All work shall be carried out as per public work department hand book and other specifications of Division or as directed.

3 All columns in the Schedule should be filled in ink & the total of the entries in the last column should be struck by Contractor

under his sign.

4 Rates quoted include clearance of site (Prior commencement of work and its close) in all respects and hold good for work

under all condition, site, moisture/ weather etc.

5 The Boards stating the detailed specification & detailes of Work shal be provided by the contractor as per Government

Resolution T.No.1890-240- Dtd.18/11/1990 and directed by contractor at his own cost immediately on recommanding the

8 In Case of RCC items Where there is a change in Grade of Mix or Change as per Actual Mix design the cost of difference of

Cement Difference shall be deducted from the rate of original item at the rate of star rate mentioned in the tender.

9 Contractor are advised to visit site before loading tender rate.

10 Necessary wiring point and drainage point are installed at Site however any modification in electrical installation and

drainage & water supply connection and minor correction to perform experienced in Lab shall be done by contractor at his

12 The materials Covered for wiring should be got approved from the Engineer Incharge of the work.

13 GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills.

14 GST will be paid extra as per Govt. amendment.

15 The Materials on the work shall have to be used and carried out as specified in technical note.
