General overhauling of inline Fuel Injection pump with 06 Injector assembly of Dozer BD-50 of SCCR Gurez, by way of disconnecting of high pressure fuel lines from the fuel injection pump by means of skilled men and specialised tools and tackles to remove the fuel injection pump from Dozer.The Job further includes cleaning of the fuel pump and removing of delivery valve holder, dismantling of control rack, removal of delivery valves along with plunger , delivery valve springs and plunger return spring and replacement of the same. The job also includes Providing and fitting of fuel injector Nozzels along with nozzle Elements,compression spring , Nozzle cap and cleaning of all the components of fuel injectors and further testing of fuel injectors for proper atomization of fuel.The job further includes calibration of fuel imnjection pump for checking the deliverance of fuel and phasing of fuel injection pump for assessing the fuel injection timing.The job further includes testinbg of pump on the opressure testing machime upto desired working pressure and then checking for the satisfactory performance of the fuel injection pump on machine and testing it under various load conditions properly . The FI pump shall have to be overhauled at an authorized workshop of BOSCH under strict supervision and satisfaction of Junior Engineer concerned .
