Preventive maintenance by way of carrying out following jobs: 1.Providing & Filling of M-Oil 15W40 (18 Ltrs@380/ltr) = 6840 2.Providing and filling of Gear Oil 75W 90 (5 Ltrs@600/ltr) = 3000 3.Providing and filling of Hydraulic Oil (10W) (5 Ltrs@400/ltr) =2000 4.Providing and filling of Coolant (Antifreeze) (5 Ltrs@350/ltr) = 1750 5.Providing and filling of TQ Oil (2 Ltrs@450/ltr) = 900 6.Providing & Fitting of M-oil Filter (01 Set@ 1050) = 1050 7.Providing & Fitting of Diesel Filter (01 Set @1250) = 1250 8.Providing & Fitting of Air Filter assy (01 Set@2900) =2900

Overhauling of Rotary type fuel Injector pump assembly by way of dismantling of the pump along with nozzles (6 Nos) from the vehicle. The job includes dismantling of the pump, providing and fitting of Drive shaft (1466100401), control valve (1460362457), cross disc (2460140021), delivery valve spring and plunger return spring. The job also includes cleaning of nozzles including providing and fitting of fuel injector elements to the nozzles. The job also includes testing of pump and fuel injectors for proper atomization. The job further includes shifting of the pump back to site, refitting of the pump along with nozzles to the machine and testing of the same for satisfactory performance of the fuel injection pump.

Repairs to Electro-Hydraulic System of Beilhack Variable Snow Plough Blade by way of dismantling, cleaning, inspecting the hydraulic power pack, hydraulic pump, pressure relief valve, directional control valves, solenoid valves, manifold assembly, hydraulic hoses, fittings and electrical control system. The work includes replacement of defective seals, O-rings, filters, wiring, connectors and electrical terminals wherever required, flushing and refilling of hydraulic oil, pressure setting, leak rectification, calibration, reassembly, commissioning and complete operational testing of all blade functions to ensure smooth and reliable operation.

Four-wheel checking by way of dismantling old damaged parts and then providing fitting of new following spares one complete job: - 1.OIL SEAL= 4 No's 2.BRAKE LINING SET Front & Rear = 2 Set 3.TIE ROD END SET = 2 Set 4.DRAG LINK END SET= 2 Set 5.HUB BOLTS = 6 Nos 6.SHAFT BOLTS = 6 Nos 7.WHEEL BEARING INNER=2 No's 8.WHEEL BEARING OUTER = 2 No's 9.UJ CROSS = 2 No's 10. Repairs to transmission System of the Vehicle by way of dismantling the transmission from the engine and removing the old damaged items and then p/f of following new items given below:-( all parts must be supplied by authorized dealer): - 1.P/f of Clutch Plate as per sample = 1 No. 2.P/f of Pressure Plate Comp. Asly as per sample = 1No 3.P/f of Clutch Release Bearing as per sample =1 No

P/F of TT horn (01 No.), Backlight assembly Complete (01 No.), Side Indicator assy (02 No), Head Light Bulb (02 No.), Head Light Relay (01 No), wiper Blade (01 Set), wire 1.5 sqmm (10 mtr), Battery Terminals (02 No), Battery Lead with 04 No's Thimbles (5mtr) Length one complete job.

Reinforcement to the frame assembly of machine by way of demounting of variable snow plough from the carrier vehicle using suitable capacity hoisting mechanism, the job then includes disengaging all allied accessories of cabin connected with the cabin very skilfully and then demounting the Cabin of the machine from the carrier vehicle while using suitable hoisting mechanism and other appropriate tools and tackles and placing the same at safe and secure location. The job then includes Providing & fitting of frame assembly compatible with the frame of Tata LPT-715 , having varying cross section along its length consisting of two lengths of 7 feet each to be used for the machine for reinforcement purposes supplied frame units, using oxyacetylene gas cutting medium , grinding mechanism and electric arc welding medium, using high quality screwed fasteners to enable it to fit properly on exiting damaged frame of the machine after conducting necessary repairs to it at damaged locations .Finally The job then includes remounting of Cabin on the prime mover using precise technical means and skilled labour using suitable hoisting mechanism, the job further includes reassembling of all the disengaged accessories properly with the carrier vehicle and then remounting of variable blade on the machine using proper lifting mechanism. All the work is to be carried out through qualified fabricators and mechanics to ensure high standard of workmanship. Any damaged caused to cabin and prime mover during mounting/demounting of the cabin and assembling / disassembling of accessories shall be responsibility of the firm.

Repairs to radiators by way of washing with caustic soda. The job includes repairs to damaged tubes and fins by soldering at various spot and then testing of the radiator for checking any sort of leakages after conducting the necessary repairs. The job includes p/f of new radiator cap.

P/f of new door machine by way of dismantling old machine and fitting of new.

Providing of 50 Ltr HSD @96.14/ltr=Rs 4807 for Testing of machine and general checkup after completion of Job.
