Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone agg as in sub base for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20 to 22mm thick Kota stone tiles (Pre-mirror polished), in riser of steps, skirting, etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles including rounding the edges of kota stone over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3), surfaces finished even and rough to receive tiles, and cement mortar backing and removal of rubbish, out off the premises, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix for Pressed steel door frame of size 125 x 60 mm, double rebated for doors made out of 1.25mm thick mild steel sheet including necessary fixing lugs, hinges lock strike plate etc, complete all as specified and directed.
