50.6.5.1 : Hollow block masonry using pre cast blocks ( Factory made) of size 40x20x15cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part 1 of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 15cm in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand ) etc complete

PLASTERING

13.2.1 : 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand)

PAINTING

14.1.1 : Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead:With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand)

14.43 : Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

13.48.1 : Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

14.54.1 : Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to an give even shade:One or more coats on old work
