Brickwork with flyash Bricks (Size 25x12x8cm) having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 in CM(1:4) in Foundation & Plinth with cost, conveyance of materials etc. as per direction of Engr.-in-charge.

C.C.(1:2:4) with 12mm CBHG chips including cost,carriage and royalty of materials with cost, conveyance of materials etc. as per direction of Engr.-in-charge.

Fixing tiels in floors tread or staps landing on 25mm thick bed of c.m (1;1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment match the shades including rubbing & polishing complit excluding cost of tiles for sqm

Supplying all materials labour with Scaffolding T&P art painting 3D painting over walls with all cost complete

Supplying Chequred tiels of size 15cmx15cm ,/20cmx20cm with all complete

Fiilling in foundation & plinth with Odinary soil Earth, by mechanical means withen 5km lead with all cost as per direction of Engr.-in-charge

Providing & transplanting best quality healthy Trees of approx. height 2500mm (obtained from renowned nursery) in erect position and supported with bamboo stick without breaking the earth balls around the roots, packing the soil tight around the plant and water properly, including digging the tree pits (holes 1200 mm dia., 1200 mm deep) prior to planting and refilling the same with sweet earth mixed with manure 2 :1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20 percent : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8 percent) along with Urea, N.P.K. mixed in proportion as per suppliers specifications, flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth if any with all leads and lifts etc, all complete, All trees to be approved before planting inclusive of maintenance as specified for one year after planting including rectification/ replacement of any damaged work or plant, watering at required frequency, providing and laying manure as required etc. all complet

Providing and fixing in position Double CHEST PRESS of approved design and make of minimum product size 1.2m X 0.9m size (Safe Play area minimum 2.2m X1.9m) consisting of:1.VERTICAL SUPPORT:(80 NB hot dip GI Pipe of minimum length of 2800 mm with two arch swing flanges welded at both the end)2.SEAT: (FRP/HDPE/LLDP , seat frame hinged over vertical support pipe through 40 NB GI pipe. 3.HANDLE PIPE: (25 NB GI pipe linked to the seat with 40NB pipe hinged to main vertical support pipe with rubber handle grip at its both ends. 4.All open ends of pipe been closed by GI / HDPE caps.
