Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar (1:6) using old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sl item No. 2 above but except bricks. (Bricks obtained from demolition to be re-used).

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position including removal debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, laid in roof padding and the like complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid for separately at supply only rates).

S&F in repairs 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall including necssary clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends / elbows complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair 15mbore GI tubing ISI marked medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls/ceilling or laid under floor including connections etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair 20mm bore GI tubing ISI marked medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls/ceilling or laid under floor including connections etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including all necessary connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including all necessary connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball , screwed for iron pipe and (Minimum weight 25mm-455 gms) fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20 mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball (Minimum weight 20 mm - 2 1 0 gms), screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore gun-metal gate or globe valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20 mm bore gun-metal gate or globe valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick or stone masonry walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1 : 4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixing with WPC complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid for separately at supply only rates).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, side coping of interlocking tiles, coping work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for roof treatment with polymeric membrance (APP based) with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement including removing of existing roof treatment with following:- (a) M & L for preparation of surface by removal of existing treatment of tarfelt and taking down plaster to ensure or clean smooth and dry surface. (b) Providing and laying a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @ 0.30 Itr/sqm on dry and clean surface. (c) M & L for providing and laying APP based polymeric membrance of 4 mm thinkness of weight of 5.00 kg / sqm with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement on primed surface by torch application with side laps & joints over laps etc as per manufacturer instruction. (d) M&L for applying a coat of blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm on top of APP memberane and finally finishing the top surface by applying a coat of aluminium paint as per manufacturer's instructions. Make : STP Ltd/Dr Fixit or equivalent make. Note:- (i) All the water proofing treatment works shall be got carried out through authorised applicator of the firm. In this regard prior written approval from GE shall be obtained.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position including doors, gates etc but excluding framed truss complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled steel sections as in main and cross beams, hips and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates (including section of MS ie angle, beam, base plate, hollow pipe etc) conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63mm Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts and washers in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, fixed with self tapping screws as in roof covering/cladding to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, fixed with self tapping screws as in roof covering/cladding to wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plastering on wall or on floor 15mm thick in CM 1 : 4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type B- 2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and the like all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed with grey cement and pigment, laid over & including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), set, jointed and pointed in neat grey cement slurry in floors/pavings including cutting and polishing and dismantling of existing tiles of any size & description complete all as specified and directed. Make:- NTC/NITCO

M&L for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete of M-35 Grade interlocking paver block of any size and shape with grey cement and pigment, conforming to IS 15658-2006, laid over sand cushion including dismantling of existing paver blocks/tiles of any descriptition complete all as specified and directed. Make:- NTC/NITCO Note:- Sand for cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and laying sand as in cushioning for laying of interlocking paver block including spreading and levelling in 25mm thick layer complete all as specified and directed.
