Dismantling aluminium / Gypsum/ Glass/wooden/ACP partitions/panelling, boarding, wooden planks, softboard/ecoboard, doors, windows, fixed glazing with or without frame and false ceiling including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable surplus material outside the Infopark campus as directed by Engineer - in-Charge

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as directed by Engineer - in-Charge

Making chases by cutting floor or wall up to 25 cm in width and 12.5 cm in depth including making good and finishing with matching surface of floor(tile) for race way or conduits installation.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board (Vertical visible areas in drop ceiling will be measured separetely)

Decorative ceiling using 12.5 mm thick gypsum plain board as per the design (Only plan area will be measured)

Providing and fixing in true horizontal level false ceiling with GI metal ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white colour tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop made of GI sheet having galvanising of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC of 0.5, electro statically polyster powder coated of thickness 60 micron (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with black glass fibre acoustical fleece laid in silhouette grid system with 15mm white flanges incorporating a 6mm central reveal in white/ black colour manufactured by approved supplier, using hot dipped galvanized steel section, exposed surface chemically cleaned capping pre-finished in baked polyester paint wall angle of size 3000mm x 19mm x 19mm used in periphery of the ceiling fixed to the wall partition/ RC column/ band walls with the help of screws at 600mm c/c. Main runner to be suspended from celing using GI slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.5 mm fixed to celing with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvasined butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main tee and 1200mm long cross tee to be interlocked between in Main runner at 600mm c/c (max) to form a grid of 1200 x 600mm long cross tee fixed in between 1200mm long cross tee for forming a grid of 600mm x 600mm. The rate shall be inclusive of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts, wastage and necessary hardware etc. The grid tiles which are replaced by diffucers/ lights should be handed over to Infopark.

Providing and fixing 100 mm overall thickness partition with 12.5 mm thick double skin tapered edged Gypsum board conforming to IS:2095: Part 1 upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board, including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm(both side inclusive), consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50 mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia meter 50 mm length or suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36 mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610 mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boards to both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre. The boards are to be fixed to the frame work with joints staggered to avoid through cracks, M.S. fixing channel of 99 mm width (0.9 mm thick having two flanges of 9.5 mm each) to be provided at the horizontal joints of two boards, fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish with recommended jointing compound, jointing tape, angle beads at corners (25 mm x 25 mm x 0.5 mm), joint finisher and two coats of primer suitable for board as per manufacture’s specification Air gap between the plasterboards is to be lined with 50 mm thick approved fiberglass wool and the contractor must ensure that the fiberglass wool is wire-braced to prevent it from ‘lumping down’ over a period of time. The rate shall be inclusive of providing aluminium skirting 100 mm high and 1mm thick of approved make aluminium profile with natural color andoizing fixing at bottom on both side of the partition.and as per directions of Engineer in charge all complete.

Straight Glazed Partition of approved make: Supply and installation of full height straight glass partition 12mm thick toughened glass and proprietary matt black powder coated aluminium sections of approved make 45x25mm thick. Providing door frame section at around the door two vertical upto false ceiling and horizontal at door top. The sections shall be matt black powder coated and shall be a combination of SAP 004 and 005 on all four sides as per the manufacturers specification and shall be inclusive of all accessories like stake1, stake3 and wedge 3G/B from FFL to the bottom of false ceiling height. The glass joints shall be filled with silicon sealant / beading on both side and the vendor has to prepare the shop drawing for client / Architects approval. Rate shall include for providing transport charges, handling, loading and unloading, Installation, protecting the module and glass till handing over, testing, commissioning all necessary hardware's, scaffolding,wastage, Structural supports if any, etc. complete and all as per manufacturers specifications as directed.
