Labour only for taking out of non clogging type submersible sewage pump set 5 HP capacity with the help of chain pully block mechanism complete ,dismantlling for replacement of following accessories including lowering, reinstalling in same position after servicing , oiling, greasing and testing complete. Note : Chain pulley bolck and other items required for the same and other items required for the same shall be provided by contractr.

M & L for replacement of rewinding of motor of 5 HP of non clogging type submersible sewage pump set with suitable gauge super enamelled copper winding wire duly coated with insulating varnish, double seal bearing, neck gasket, bronze impeller & using other insulating material including testing complete.

Cleaning of existing sewage sump by plugging incoming flow from connected manhole/chamber and arranging temporary pumping system connected to existing delivery line after bypassing the existing sewage sump and taking out the sludge/soil/ garbage , removing and dump out of defence land and cleaning of sump completely all as directed by the Engr in Charge .

Labour only for taking out of submersible type pump motor of 5HP capacity with the help of chain pully block mechanism complete including dismantlling of colum Pipe and lowerning and reinstalling after rewinding of pump motor. Note : Chain pulley bolck and other items required for the same and other items required for the same shall be provided by contractr.

M & L for rewinding of Submerssible Pump motor of 5 HP with suitable gauge super enamelled copper winding wire duly coated with insulating varnish, double seal bearing, neck gasket mechanical seal & using other insulating material including testing complete.

Supply only calcium based high strength chlorination chemical for water disinfection in granular form in factory sealed HDPE container (45/50 Kg Each) having chlorine concentration level 65% to 70%. make as approved by E-in-C complete all as directed .

Supply and fix in replacement fully automatic star delta starter with voltmeter and ammeter complete of following capacity Including necessary wiring and mounting on existing Panel of capacity 25 HP Motor all as directed by engineer-in-charge. Make L&T, ABB and other equivalent makes.
