Contract for providing Security Personnel on outsourcing basis in SSMM, Mandfiya as per qualification, pay structure and job requirements of each category of such staff on contract basis as per details mentioned in the tender document subject to fulfillment of other terms and conditions of the Agreement

Service Charge on percentage Basis (%)

Inclusions:

All statutory payments like Employee PF, Employee ESI, Fixed Wages and Uniform etc

Exclusion:

The GST mandir mandal Contribution as per Rules shall be excluded

The PF mandir mandal Contribution as per Rules shall be excluded

The ESI mandir mandal Contribution as per Rules shall be excluded

1. The bids Received without any service charges and less than 1.00% Charges will not be accepted

2. According to Rule 2(13) of RTPP Rules 2013, the rates quoted without valid consideration will not be valid

3. If the rates of two or more bidders are equal. So in such a situation, the bidder whose total Turnover in the last 3 years is more will be declared L1

4. The Service charge will not be applicable on GST Temple Contribution, PF Temple Contribution & ESI Temple Contribution

5. RTPP Act 2012 & RTPP Rules 2013 shall be applicable on this procurement

6. After deducting only 12% PF and 0.75% (as per rules) ESI from the fixed wages of the employees by the Mandir Mandal, the remaining amount will have to be deposited in the bank account of the employees. The will Not be entitled to any other deduction. Threrefore, the rates should be quoted accordingly
