REPAIR, CALIBRATION AND COMMISSIONING OF M/s ABRO MAKE VIBRATION MONITORING SYSTEM INSTALLED AT BR. JOB SHALL BE CARRIED OUT IN THREE PHASES: PHASE-1: ABRO SHALL DEPLOY TWO SERVICE ENGINEERS AT BR SITE FOR DISMANTLING OF THE ELECTRONIC RACKS AND SUBSEQUENTLY DISPATCH THEM TO VENDOR'S WORKSHOP. PHASE-2: REPAIR AND CALIBRATION OF THE VMS ELECTRONICS AT VENDOR'S WORKSHOP. NOTE: VENDOR TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR WORKS AND DISPATCH THE VMS ELECTRONICS WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT. PHASE-3: REDEPLOYMENT OF TWO NOS. OF SERVICE ENGINEERS AT BR FOR ASSEMBLING AND COMMISSIONING OF THE VMS PANELS, IMPART TRAINING AND SUBMISSION OF FINAL REPORT.
REPAIR AND CALIBRATION OF VMS ELECTRONICS 1 EA CORRESPONDS TO COMPLETE REPAIR AND CALIBRATION OF ONE NO. OF VMS CHANNELS AT VENDOR'S WORKSHOP. THERE ARE TOTAL 24 CHANNELS IN THE VMS ELECTRONICS.
CHARGES FOR SERVICE VISIT OF TWO ENGINEERS FROM VENDOR'S LOCATION TO BR AND BACK FOR DISMANTLING AS WELL AS COMMSISSIONING OF THE VMS ELECTRONICS. THE FOLLOWING CHARGES INCLUDE TO AND FRO TRAVEL, LODGING BOARDING AND LOCAL CONVEYANCE AT BR DURING INSTALLATION AS WELL AS COMMISSIONING PHASE, PACKAGING AND DISPATCH OF THE VMS ELECTRONICS TO AND FROM VENDOR'S WORKSHOP.
