Providing, installation of submersible pump set 3000GPH X 100MH coupled with suitable motor. The pumping Machinery should conform to relevant ISO with all latest amendments at pumping station Sasalkote Bore well. The equipment shall also be accompanied with test certificates and performance curves. The job includes installation of pumping set by way of carriage/ shifting of pumping machinery by MT and HL at site, along with allied electro-Mech equipment. Fabrication of GI pipe nipple of 65mm dia with threads at one end & MS flange at other end & fastening the threaded end of nipple with the delivery of pump Providing/fabrication of 01 No. U shaped tie rod clamp fabricated out of 40 mm x 6mm MS flat. Fitting of tie rod clamp to the submersible pump with the help of heavy duty bolts and nuts welded on the sides of the clamp. Filling of distilled water inside the submersible motor for cooling the motor windings. Coupling of pump and motor, checking of alignment of pump and motor. Fabrication/fitting of MS clamps 65mm dia.-02 sets for holding submersible pump & nipples. Coupling of pump motor set with the help of coupling pulley. Installation by way of lowering of GI column pipe of 65 mm dia 10 feet long- 15No with both ends flanged, then lowering of pumping assembly & GI pipe nipples into the Borewell with help of chain pulley block .Providing /Fitting of submersible cable 6 mm2 – 60 mtrs with proper thimbling/insulation. Providing/Fitting of suitable Automatic control panel with all protective devices 01 no. Providing and Fitting of 200Amp. Main Switch in place of damaged mainswitch with proper thimbling of cable from input and output of main Switch. Providing /Fitting of nut/bolts, washers & sundry items. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, welding charges/fitting charges& carriage/shifting charges at site .The Job also includes checking continuity of electrical circuit & testing of machinery on load.
