Disconnecting of Primary and secondary 11 KV cables and 33 KV aluminium conductor of the 2.0 MVA power transformer with proper shut down & removal of all the control cables with proper marking and safety arrangment.All the necessary area clearance for lifting of transformer by removing/draining out the transformer oil from the transformer to the barrels and dismanting of the conservator tank, radiators incl fixing dummy plates to avoid ingress of moistures complete. The unloading and loading of the transformer with Hydra/Trailor & transportation to the workshop for carry out the repair work and shift back to 33 KV MRS after carring out complete repairs & making all HT /LT/Contol cables of Panel connections & fixing of all accessories. The testing and commissioning of the power transformer will be carry out by the contractor all as specified and as directed Note: (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to include minor parts like nuts, bolts, washers of different sizes and complete testing before and after repairs, as per IS-2026, LV&HV High Voltage Test, IR test, open ckt test, short ckt test, turn ratio test, voltage impedance test, No load losses test and DVDF test (double voltage double frequency test) as per latest IS provision.

Labour for strip opening of power transformer & physical joint inspection of core coil assembly (removing all 3 limb HV & LV winding from core assembly) , washing of core assembly hot oil for removing burnt carbon & copper particles & cleaning of complete top yoke by oil , reassembly of complete core assembly & core coil assembly rewinding with new coils and new tap leads of OLTC, re-taning, tightening of top cover , fixing of HV and LV bushing, OLTC overhauling connection of C.T. Filling of New oil, conservator tank, ready for final testing and Drying/Ovening of complete CCA in vaccum Chamber & continues monitoring for Improvement of IR Value. Note :-(i) . Joint inspection between contractor & engineer-in-Charge will be carried out after opening of power transformer at workshop and stage inspection will be carried out during repair of the same. contractor will submit inspection report at the time of payment of RAR/Final Bill. (ii) Contractor shall submit one year guarantee after date of commissioning of the power transformer. (ii) HV/LV Bushing including brass spindle and transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Supply only HT/LT coils with super enamelled copper wire/strip /DPC of high quality duly matching with the existing guage and impedance complete all as specified and directed ..

Supply and filling the transformer oil in factorey sealed barrel with IS-336 of di-electric strength not less than 45 KV at 2.5 mm gap and toping up the oil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of porcelain transformer bushing HV 33 KV including brass spindle/rods duly threded at the end complete with gasket nut bolts and washer suitable for outdoor type power transformer capacity of 2.0 MVA complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of transformer bushing on LV 11 KV side including brass spindle/rods duly threded at the end complete with gasket nut bolts and washer suitable for outdoor type power transformer capacity of 2.0 MVA complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and Fixing in replacement of transformer silica gel breather complete with all accessories for outdoor type power transformer capacity of 2.0 MVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning, scraping out old rubbed paint / rust & Painting of transformer complete with two coat of spray painting with synthetic enamelled gray paint (first grade) by spray painting machine on transformer & Making SM NO on surface of outdoor type power transformer capacity of 2.0 MVAas specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of gasket for packing set of any size suitable for outdoor type power transformer capacity of 2.0 MVA made out of 6 mm thick cock sheet single piece including removing old unserviceable packing kit/ set cleaning the surface of the top cover etc complete all as specified and directed.Note :- The cost of opening of transformer cover/ top if required deemed to be included in the item rate of respective item .
