2) CPRT should be calculated considering the current workload, which will be revised based on the percentage slab mentioned in the

tenders Specific terms and condition. The CPRT rates for those slabs must be provided separately when asked. CPRT (C) has to be

quoted but will not be taken for price comparison.

(3) Rate/Price to be quoted should be inclusive of all central/state taxes, levies, local octroi, installation, assembling, insurance, es,

transportation, handling charges etc FOR door step delivery.

(3) The above mentioned rates for diluents, lysing reagents and cleaning solution will be fixed for 5 years and will be revised on mutual

terms for the next two years after completion of first 5 years from the date of installation.

(4) Calibrators & Controls will be purchased by Surat Municipal Corporation separately.
