(A) Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

(B) Laying of cable as below after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl. embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish From 2.5 sqmm to 35 sqmm at an average depth of 75 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc.

Supplying and Fixing compression type glad, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as for 4 core upto 16 sqmm.

Suppling & Installtion of M.S fabricated O.D type feeder pillar box having overall dimention of 1200 mm x 900 mm x 450 mm. the body & upper portion of the piller box made of 3 mm thick M.S Shet & bottom portion with 3 mm thick M.S Plate rigidly fixed by nuts, bolts & washer etc. with 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm M.S Angle & 25 mm x 6 mm M.S Flat. The pillar box having both sides opening with suitable handel in each door with double locking arrangement is to be provide with Godrej Almirah type lock with 3 nos. key additional provisionfor pad locking & supply of Godrej Navtal duplicate key lock is also to be provide mechanical locks with top & bottom. Provision for ventilation grill should be regulatar shape made of M.S Plate duly welded to lateral sice. The Central ventilation spout at starting suface of the top pillar box . Provision for 2 nos. earthing terminal 25 x 6 mm G.I Flat having suitable nuts, boults, washer for connecting the accessories. Necessary interconnetion between incoming & outgoing surface by suitable size Cu. Flat/wire duly sleeved & insulated. Finishing the end by socketing & providing glands as required. The pillar box both inside & outside is to be painted with two coats of Aluminium paint over one coat of red led primer & M.S/ISMC. Channel of size 75 mm x 40 mm x 4.9 mm with nuts & bolts at bottom portion with two coats of black annealed paint after finishing the surface properly. The internal E.I works of pillar box should be suitable to with stand 2 K.V for one minute. The all febrication work should be done as per direction of E.I.C The pillar box comprising with the following:- Incoming - a) Supplying and fixing 63 Amp 240/415 V FPMCB of Breking capacity 10k A & C characteristics on din rail of exsiting DBs and necessary connetion with enclosure------1 no. , Outgoing - b) Supplying and fixing 32 Amp 240/415 V DPMCB of Breking Capacity 10k characteristics on din rail of exsiting DBs and necessary connection with enclosure------2 nos., Busbar - c) S &* F 500 volts, 100 Amp. Capacity of size 15 x 3 mm 4 nos. copper bar of required size porcelain chairs incl. Hylum sheet behinf coppar bar., Accessories - d) S & F C.T coil (100/5 Amp.)
