Special Eligibility Criteria

   CPSEs reserved item. Procurement of the tendered item will be made from Pharma CPSEs approved by Railway Board. Tendered item should be available in the Railway Board approved products list. Approval status of the firm with Railway Board shall be reckoned as on date of tender opening only and not thereafter. CPSE firms should supply the tendered item from their own manufacturing units. Products manufactured under Loan license/third party arrangements shall not be allowed under any circumstances. CPSE firms should invariably comply with the terms and conditions as mentioned in Railway Board letter No. 2010/H/4/1/1 dt.24.02.21 attached to this tender.

   In case Pharma CPSEs fail to quote against the tender, the procuring entity would be at liberty to make purchases from other Railway Board registered firms, which are approved for the tendered item.

Commercial-Compliance

   The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS conditions of contracts and (or) specials conditions and (or) other conditions specified / attached with the Tender.
