General terms & conditions are as Per Tender Document.

Eligibility Criteria:

The following criteria required for eligibility for the tender.

1). Details of Tender Fee & EMD (As per tender documents).

The scanned copy of the DD (Tender fees), EMD (FDR), PAN

card, necessary bank solvency of current year GST registration

certificate will have to be uploaded with all others required

2). The original DD (Tender Fee), FDR (EMD), copy of PAN

card, copy of Registration certificate, copy of bank solvency

(current year), GST registration certificate. etc., shall be sent

through R.P.A.D./Speed post/ Hand Delivery next working day

of last date of bidding during 18:00 hours. Non producing of any

one document in physical form will bad to disqualification in

preliminary (Physical) bid. In such case financial/commercial bid

shall not be opened.

3). The EMD (FDR) shall be produced for minimum period of

208 days. (From the last date of submission of bid).

4). Bidders who have minimum 5 (five) nos. of his owned

trucks/tankers which registered after Year 2017 are eligible

attested copy of R.C. Book must have to be uploaded. The

experience certificate shall be signed by authority not less than

class-2 rank officer.

7). Agency should be quoted rates are exclusive of GST but

inclusive of all other taxes

8). Scan copy of assurance in form of affidavit on Rs.300/-

stamp paper for installation of GPS System in truck/tanker

and linked up with GWSSB’s control room by bidder after

award the work on immediate basis.

9). Contractor must have to upload Affidavit regarding

documents submitted by them are Genuine on the 300 Rs
