SCHEDULE 'A'

Servicing and testing of AC of any make complete by cleaning cooling coil, condenser fins, blowing off dust from machines & air filters, checking and de-carbonizing , oiling, greasing of blower motor, checking and removing any vibration, including top up of refrigerant and testing at site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Cost of any minor nature repair / items costing upto Rs 300/- per AC per Servicing including nuts, bolts,washers,screws, rubber mounting pads of compressor, labour for replacement of PCB, condensor, fan blade, blower, chord, remote etc and removing / refixing after repair of equipment is deemed to be included in the unit rate of this items. (b) Spare parts as detailed here-in-after shall be measured and paid as supply only. (c) Each Periodical Servicing of AC as ordered/required shall be measrued and paid.

M&L Detecting the cause of leakage in any type/capacity of 1.5 tonne AC and ensuring the complete system leak proof and charging of refrigerant gas with appropriate quantity as directed by EIC including testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Dismantling of unserviceable compressor , cost of refrigarent gas and re-installation of serviceable compressor after repairing are deemed to be included in the quoted rates .

All as per item No 2.00 above but of capacity 2 ton .

M&L refrigerant tubing for suction /discharge including insulation tubing all as per site requirement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- (i) Unserviceable condensing coil if required shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The cost of dismantling of unserviceable compressor if required deemed to be included in unit rate. (iii) Supply only Compressor shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch "A"

S&F Repair of thermostat switch suitable for existing water cooler any make and capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L In replacement of running capacitor 25 mfd or nearest cap suitable for existing size & make of water cooler complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old defective condenser fan motor of water cooler of any make and capacity and replace with new of same capacity and testing the same as approved by Engineer-in-Charge including replacement of shaft/ bush etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F In replacement of fan blade of condenser motor of any make and capacity of water cooler complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Bib tap Cast copper alloy, 15 mm, Push type, chromium plated for water cooler.

S&F PVC Connection with brass unions at both ends with brass nuts, suitable for fixing to 15 mm dia GI Pipe.

S&F PVC Float valve with epoxy coated aluminium arm , with PVC polythene ball suitable for water coolers.

S&F 32mm dia PVC spiral drain out pipe, as per existing by providing necessary GI Clamps nuts bolts etc.

Taking down carefully burnt out aluminium/copper circuit wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, flourescent tube light fittings etc to be measured and paid for seprately) removing materials to store for reuse and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls ceilings and floors etc complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS 1100 Volts grade cable, drawn through and including PVC conduit ISI Marked with wall thickness not less then 1.8 mm including conduit accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc fixed concealed/recessed in wall or ceiling etc including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity wire with modular metal flush box complete all as spd and directed.

M&L Sub main wiring with two single core 2.5 sq mm stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable ISI marked in existing conduit concealed in wall concealed sub main wiring alongwith including 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor ISI marked as earth wire complete including taking down of worn old wiring , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Minor spare parts like copacitor, flaxible cable sofeting pings, rubber bushes for hanging etc, as required costing upto Rs 50/- per fan shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted. (ii) Rewinding/repair of fan motor will be measured and paid seprately.

M & L Rewinding of burnt winding of fan rotar, of sweep 1200 mm, with existign wire gauge of copper insulated wire, all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, including cutting of burnt winding of rotar winding and reassembling vide item No 29.00 above, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 30 above but for exhaust fan.

Supply only spare parts of Fan/Exhaust fan of following rating all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Capacitor (a)2.5 MFD ISI marked.

Ball bearing 6203 of make TATA, SKF.

Dismantling electric/water connection and taking down of storage type water heater,servicing,cleaning of inner tank etc.at site.and replacement of burnt out parts etc. and refixing in situ all as specified and directed. Note- wornout parts shall be measured as seperatly.

M&L Pipe earthing by drilling bore complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40 mm bore, medium grade, 3.0 metres length, not less than 2.75 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 6 sqmm bare aluminium wire conductor drawn in to and including PVC conduit medium grade, filling of bore with charcoal dust and salt and earth enhance gel, and connected to the earth test point all as specified and directed in electrical plate no.2 of SSR Part-I including provision of earth pit all as specified. Note: 1. cost of earth wire and PVC conduit for protection of earth conductor deemed to be included in unit rate up to 7.5 meter 2. Result should be less than 2 Ohms.
