Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D - 2,1:4:8 (40 mm graded agg) as in sub base to floors incl well compacting & laid to levels complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles, rubber moulded 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment in floors with over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern with over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying if inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified & directed.

M&L factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on stone wall surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed colour ceramic tiles of size 250x350x7mm, fixed on vertical surface dado/ skirting joint free etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured tiles to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over stone masonry surfaces & finished even & rough to receive tiles complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Green marble 16-18mm thick as in cills,platforms treads of steps etc with over and including cement screed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.
