Providing and laying bituminous macadam for Repair of pot holes with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder,3.3% of mix weight, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504 including all leads lifts and carriage of materials by all mode of transportation as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (zero decimal two five to zero decimal three zero Kilograme per square meter) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 ( Five hundred three). including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty milimeter) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (Two point five millimeter) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms (Two hundred fifty grame) per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm (Two point five millimeter) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. as per direction of Engineer-in Charge and accordance with applicable specifications complete, as per direction of Engineer-in Charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
