PART -A- HT EQUIPMENTS

11KV DP STRUCTURE Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 11 KV DP structure using 200x100 mm ISMB for poles and cross channel of ISMC 100x65mm and supporting structure for 11 kV components with cross arms,11 kV pin,disc and stay insulators, supports, jumpering / interconnecting conductors with '0'SWG Cu, anticlimbing arrangement using barbed wire,earthing etc. on a suitable concrete foundation complete including the cost of foundation. The DP structure shall consists of the following. (All the MS items shall be finished using zinc chromate primer & 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint) (Note:The work shall be as per KSEI & KSEB standards) 11 kV, 400A , single brake,TP, gang operated AB switch with operating handle & locking mechanism - 1 No 11 kV Lighting Arrestor -1 set of 3 Nos 11 kV Drop out fuses-1 sets of 3 Nos 11kV outdoor type CT/PT unit with, class 0.5, 15VA CT & 11kV/110V class 0.2, 100VA PT - 1set The DP structure shall be with all necessary accessories for connecting 11kV cable .

Supply, fabricating & erection of 1.8 mtr high chain link fencing over 600 mm high random rubble masonry as per drawing and specification, using 4 mm thick PVC coated chain link with a framework of 50x50x6 mm MS angle between vertical posts of ISMC 75 mm at 2400 mm intervel, which are fixed to the concrete footing (1:3:6) of size 450x450x300 mm (above GL) with adequate footing depth, between the RR masonry. RR masonry (450 mm thick) and 300 mm from ground level for foundation & plinth in in cement mortar (1:6). The random rubble masonry is to be pointed using cement mortar 1:3 to have a flush finish. Earthing as per KSEI/KSEB standards shall be done around the periphery of the fencing.The MS frame work for chain link fencing is finished using zinc chromate primer & 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint. 1.5 mtr wide gate shall be provided with suitable locking arrangements.The rate shall be inclusive of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc including excavation works and fabrication and assembly works including all nuts, bolts & other miscellaneuos items, etc. complete as per drawing.

Supplying and filling the proposed yard with 40 mm size blue jelly of 150 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc. complete.

METERING PANEL Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of TOD meter KIOSK with TOD meter and test terminal block, control fuses,armoured copper cable between CTPT unit and TOD meter.The KIOSK shall be made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel, totally enclosed, IP 54, weather proof,undergone seven tank process, powder coated finish, earthing, entire civil work including suitable foundation and all mounting accessories as required complete as per the rquirement of K.S.E.B

11kV/0.433kV Transformer Copper wound 11/0.433kV, Outdoor, Oil Cooled, 200kVA, 3Ph., 50Hz, Vector Group: Dyn11, Transformer with Off Circuit Tap Changer from +5% to -10% insteps of 2.5%, Neutral CT for Stand Bye Earth Fault Protection, 11kV porcelain bushing on HV side and LV cable box suitable for termination of LV XLPE cable; with all standard fittings and accessories as required complete in suitable enclosure and losses confirming to IS 1180 level 2 Voltage Ratio: 11/0.433 kV, Type of Winding: Copper, Fittings: Standard fittings as per IS:2026/77. Th LT side should also have a water proof enclosure with 400A FP Moulded Case Circuit Breaker with thermal release and neutral link (Ics =100%Icu= 36KA) on with Low Set Standbye Earth Fault Relay using CT at Neutral Earthing Conductor.

PART-B- LT PANEL BOARDS AND ACCESSORIES

SSB-2 Supply of LT Switch board cubicle type SSB2, made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, totally enclosed, IP42, free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, powder coated, indoor, compartmentalised, suitable for operation on 3 phase and neutral, 415 V, 50Hz AC system with busbars extendable on both sides, including all the necessay internal wiring , suitable spreader etc. The panel shall be fabricated from a firm having CPRI certification with test certificates for similar panel(required for short circuit rating, temperature rise and IP classification) and with following switchgears, metering instruments and accessories etc. complete as required as per drawing & specification. Incomer: 63A FP Moulded Case Circuit Breaker with thermal release and neutral link (Ics =100%Icu= 25KA).- 1no. Busbar : 415V, 35kA, 63A TPN busbar chamber with Aluminium busbar Meters and instruments: RYB Indicating lamps LED type - 3 Nos., 4A SP MCB, C curve - 3 nos, 0-63A Ammeter acc. Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. Cable size exceeding 120 Sq.mm but not exceeding 400 sq.mm

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. (Note:The total distance from the switch box to the point will not exceed 5mtr, incase if length increases above 5 metres, the wiring shall be measured under item 5.4.1)

Wiring for twin control light point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, 2 way modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.. (Note:The total distance from the switch box to the point will not exceed 5mtr, incase if length increases above 5 metres, the wiring shall be measured under item 5.4.1)

Group controlled light point with 1.5 sq. mm wire - Wiring for Group controlled light point (from one point to another point) with 3X 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated, (FRLS), copper conductor cable in surface/recessed mounted rigid medium class 20mm PVC conduit with all accessories as required. ( Note: This item does not include the cost of MCB or 16Amp/ 6Amp one way switches. The total distance from one point to another point will not exceed 5meters. In case if the total length increases 5meters, the additional lengtth shall be measured under item 5.4.1. The distance from DB to 1st point will be measured under item point wiring.

Installation, testing and commissioning of High bay/LED FLOOD type fittings on wall/Column/truss using suitable MS clamps, nuts, bolts/ 20mm heavy duty GI chain/ pipe (upto 50cm)etc including connections with 3C 1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable, including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box etc. as required.

PART-G- EXTERNAL LIGHTING SYSTEM Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 6 m long swaged GI pole along with 45W LED luminaire .The pole shall have built- in control box prewired,concealed wiring with 3Cx 2.5 sq.mm copper wire from the control box to light fixture, and all other accessories complete including necessary civil foundation.
