SCH 'A' PART-I (WOODEN FURNITURE)

ALMIRAH MESS UTENCILS (FD-93 (M)). (a) Overall size shall be 1065mm long, 455mm wide and 1670mm high. (b) All wood shall be of 1st class hard wood (teak wood) free from knots. (c) All prelaminated particle board both side decorated teak faced exterior grade should be used. (d) All joints and fixing shall be done accordance with standard workmanship/ specification. (e) Rest all other items, fittings and fixtures shall be as per shown on drawing.

BATH STOOL PVC (FD/MAP/07). All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 400mm long, 300mm wide and 250mm high. PVC sheet 5mm thick. 10 x 100mm legs in ARC. 3 x 10mm thick stiffener moulded alongwith the seat in single piece. All joints and fixing shall be done accordance with standard workmanship/ specification. Rest all other items, fittings and fixtures shall be as per shown on drawing.

SOFA SET 4 SEATER (FD/MAP-II/02). Timber:- All wood work shall be of first class hard wood kiln seasoned (MP teak Wood ) & all dimension shall be as specified in drg. Cushion:- 100mm thick cool from for seat & back cushion shall be provided. From with 40 Kg/ Cum density, ISI marked shall be used in the work. Tapestry Cloth:- Seat & back from shall be covered with tapestry cloth as specified in the drawing and approved by the GE. Polish :- All exposed surface of wood work shall be french polished. All other details/ fitting shall be as shown on the drawing.

SIDE BOARD (FD-1112). All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 640mm long, 720mm wide and 740mm high. All wood shall be of teak wood (MP). Legs shall be out of 40mm dia Front legs shall be joined together with front rail of 50mm x 25mm in section. Back rear legs shall joined together with rear rail of 50mm x 25mm in section. Seat shall be trapezoidal in shape with 510mm long front and 480mm long at rear. Back of seat frame shall be out of 70mm x 40mm and front of seat frame shall be out of 55mm x 25mm in section tea wood. Side frame of back rest shall be out of 70mm x 25mm in section teak wood. Horizontal rails at top and bottom of back rest shall be of 55mm x 19mm in section teak wood. Arm rest shall be out of 65mm x 25mm in section teak wood and two in numbers, 600mm long, shall be provided as shown on drawing. Canning shall be done with best quality Shah/ Premier brand cane weighing not less than 6gms per 10 running meter and shall be of 2mm wide and 0.04mm thick. The approx weight of cane used in seat and back shall be 400gms.The caning shall be done in Godrej pattern as shown in drawing. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high gloss finish. Quantity of polish reqd shall be 500mili litre of polish approx.

SCH 'A' PART-II (STEEL FURNITURE)

ALMIRAH LARGE (STEEL), 1/2 HANGING & 1/2 SHELVING (FD-1033). All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 920mm long, 485mm wide and 1985mm high. The base shall be 100mm high. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channels shape with ends covered and welded to bottom almirah. Mild steel sheet for channel shall be 1mm thick, the base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 920mm length. Top, Sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Two shelves shall be provided at 350mm and 700mm from bottom of almirah. A handing rod 60mm from top shall be provided which shall be of 20mm dia steel chromium plated conduit pipe of wall thickness 1.25mm. Two sockets shall be provided at the end of hanging rod. Front shutters shall have two leaves. A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to shutters. A three way locking device shall be provided to front shutters. Each leaf of front shutter shall be hinged with three numbers but hinges 75mm long and shutters shall be side hung. All Joints and welding, fixing shall be done with standard workmanship. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of enamel paint over one coat of primer after preparation of surfaces. Painting shall be done with spray machine.

ALMIRAH MEDIUM STEEL WITH SHELVES (FD-1032). Overall size shall be 760mm (L) x 440mm (W) x 1270 mm (H). The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channels base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 760mm length and shall be upto full width of 440mm of almirah. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided and shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Front shutters shall have two leaves. A steel chromium plated handle shall be provided to the shutter, handle shall be 100mm long. A three way locking device shall be provided to front shutters. Each leaf of front shutter shall be hinged with two numbers butt hinges 75mm long and shutters shalll be side hung. All joints and welding, fixing shall be done in accoradance with standard workmanship. All steel surfaces exposed to view placed in position shall be given two coats of enamel paint over one coat of primer after preparation of steel surfaces. Painting shall be done with spray machine.

ALMIRAH MEDIUM STEEL 1/2 H & 1/2 SHELVES (FD-1034). Dimension :- All dimensions shape and size shall be as shown in drawing. Overall size shall be 765mm (L) x 440mm (W) x 1270 mm (H). Steel sheet:- 1mm thick Black/ MS Sheet for top, base, bottom, side, back, legs and shelves. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length. Shutter shall have two hinges of 75mm long butt hinged and shutters shall be side hung. All Joints, welding and fixing shall be done. Handles:- Chromium plated steel handle 100mm long shall be provided to the steel shutter. Locking:- Three way locking device Godrej pattern for shutter shall be provided. Hanging Arrangement:- 18-20mm dia chromium plated conduit pipe 1.25mm thick with socket both side shall be provided for hanging. Paint:- All steel surfaces shall be painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel Olive Silver paint with spray gun over one coat of primer. The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to application of paint. Rest:- All other items,fitting and fixtures shall be shown on drawings. All as directed and brand Approved by GE/ Engr-in-Charge.

BED HARD (FD/E6/MAP/08 (R)). Dimension: Over all size shall be 2050mm long, 900mm wide and 500mm high. (a) The frame of bed shall made of MS pipe of 18 Gauge as per specified size mentioned in drg. (b) The head and foot board shall be provided with 18mm thick BWR plywood og grade A/MDF (in lieu of prelaminated particle board) duly pasted with 1mm thick laminated sheet on both sides of approved shade and texture along with 6mm teak wood beading shall be provided to all edges. (c) The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR ply of grade-A" place and fix over the four equidistant stiffner. (d) Each leg of bed hard shall be provided with high quality PVC Shoes 40mm high having metal washer fitted inside compartible to insert 38 x 38mm sq pipe. Rest all specification and dimension are as per drg. Finish:- The bed hard shall be dry powder coated in back after preparation of surface. Paint all steels members shall be powder coated & painted. All their details/ fitting shall be as shown on the drawing.

LOCKER STEEL (FD-1029). Dimension:- All dimensions shape and size shall be as shown in drawing and as specified. Overall size shall be 760mm (L) x 600mm (W) x 1100mm (H). Steel Sheet:- 1mm thick Black/ MS Sheet for top, base, bottam, side, back, legs and shelves. Handles:- Chromium plated steel handle 100mm long shall be provided to the steel shutter. Locking:- Safty type hasp & Stapple chromium plated 75 x 40 x 3mm shall be provided. Hanging Arrangement:- 20mm dia chromium plated conduit pipe 1.6mm thick with socket shall be provided for hanging. Paint:- All steel surfaces shall be painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel Olive green/ Gray Paint with spray gun over one coat of primer. The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to application of paints. Rest:- All other items, fitting and fixtures shall be shown on drawings. All as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL (MAP) (FD-1031/ FD-1030). All as shown on drg. Overall size shall be 920mm x 485mm x 1985mm. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base made in U shape with ends cover, Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be validate at 50mm from each end of the large lengh of 920mm and shall be upto full widght of 485mm and shall be 100mm height. Top size bottom spaced of 1mm thick mild steel sheets shall be provided to make five compartmets. Front shutter shall have two leaves of equal size. one cromium plated steel handle with locking device shall be provide as shown on drg the locking device. Front shutter leaves shall have three butt hings of 75mm fixed to each shutter and shall be size hang. All joints and welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship. All steel surface internally and externally, exposed to view when placed in position shall be given to cost of enamal paint over one coat of primer after permission of steel surface wherever working of painting shall be facable. Painting shall be done with spray machine.
