Demolation of stone masonary above Ground Level up to floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un- serviceable materials with in 20 metres lead. Marble/Precast concrete work in cement mortar. as per specification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. Ther ate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetra in earth work in all kind of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft and hard blasting and doing work in saturated soil, including chiselling or wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited or any other mixed variety of soil including shoring, strutting, de-watering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depths any quantum of water including slush which may arise during de-watering or removal of slush, lift upto any height stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres (Three metres) clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimetre) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per specification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. Providing & layingmechanically mixed and vibrated for plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix.1:3:6 (one cement: three sand: six graded crushed stone aggregate) 40mm(forty milimetre) nominal size with minimum cementcontents 220 kg/cum ( two hundred twenty kilogram per cubic metre) in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and MORD technical specifications section 800, 900, and 1200 as per the direction of the Engineer -in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads,lifts and other incidental.The rate including of octroi,royality,Malkhana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated, concrete for plain cement concrete in open foundation of all type of structure complete, grade- M-20 (M twenty) nominal mix 1:2:4 (One cement isto Two sand isto Four graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size with cement contents not les than of 330 (Three hundred thirty) Kilogramme Per Cubic metre with 20mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate and curing complete, for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and MORD technical section 800, 900 and 1200 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive for carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying factory made precast concrete solid blocks of 200mm thickness of grade M10 made of C&D waste from approved manufacturer in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level Cement mortar 1:6(1 cement : 6 coarse)as per specification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. 15 mm (Fifteen milimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal angles, chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6 sand)as per specification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. Applying Birla J.k. white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dirt, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete upto all floor level, as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana and toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima)or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface (two coats)to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remain of loose powdered materials as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and appltying a priming coat of red lead paint. In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar works. as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately).
