Replacing/repair of gravity take up trolley/frames, rails/guide, Platform ladders counter Weight supports, Bend pulley etc of horizontal and vertical gravity take ups and other connected conveyor Structural.
Servicing of horizontal gravity Take ups of conveyors Lifting the counterweight, servicing the trolley wheels, rope replacement /servicing, adding/removing counterweight, rope sleeve servicing, jack bolts servicing, releasing the counter weight and servicing the conveyor after work.
Servicing of Vertical gravity Take ups of conveyors Supporting the counter weight and servicing/replacing the gravity studs, adding/removing the counter weight, servicing of the jack bolts, releasing the counter weights and servicing the conveyor after works.
Servicing of screw take ups Screw take up servicing/replacement of screw and nuts, servicing of the conveyor after works
