Supply and delivery of drinking water by Transporting through private water tankers of capacity not less than 5000 lts of water including (1) The cost of water at source (2) Diesel cost (3) Drivers batha (4) Tractors Insurance certificate (5) Driving License of the Tractor Drivers (6) Online Tracking of Water Tankers to be enabled by the owner and payment should be made on vehicle tracking system and all taxes etc., compete, delivery at various Places in Puttur Municipal Limits to public irrespective of electrical power cuts, the department authorities reserves right to decrease or increase the number of days and number of trips per day in bulk quantity due to emergency requirement of water (based on rain fall quantity) No. of trips can be diverted from one Place to another Place due to short fall of water or whenever department borewells dried up, all costs of water at source shall be borne by the contractor only. i.e., commercial electrical power or generator can be used at source to lift the water from bore wells, no extra rate will be allowed for such generator usage and for long distance of transportation of water, they can have own bore wells big size tubs for storage for use during electrical power failure etc., tankers shall not have any leakages, tanker internal and outer surface shall be painted of good quality paint, tanker internal surfaces shall be cleaned by using antibiotic liquids once in every week. 12 trips (approximately) per day the contractor shall be prepared to supply upto 12 Nos. of trips per day compulsory if necessary otherwise serious action will be initiated against the contractor because drinking water is essential for the human life x 30 days (approximately). (This can be increased or decreased) approximate period etc., Including Income tax etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Authorities.
