Construction of septic tank for 50 users, including inlet and outlet chamber, in any type of soil including plain cement concrete M-15(1:2:4), type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in foundation, RCC design mix M-30 using 20mm graded crusehed stone aggregates for walls and reinforced cement concrete cover slab including RCC precast manhole covers having 6mm plate embedded all around/fiber reinforced cover with angle iron frame vent shaft and sludge chamber etc., complete all as specified and as shown in drawing.

Construction of soakage well of 2.40 mtrs dia and 4.50 mtrs in depth, in any type of soil including plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in foundation and honeycombed brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4 and reinforced cement concrete cover slab, M-25, type A-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), complete all as specified and as shown in drawing.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.50(1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as mass concrete in foundation filling, complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry M-10(1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width and incluing setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15(1:2:4), type B-0, (using12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, as in providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in manholes, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of on brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, including setting coat 3.0mm thick, in cement mortar 1:2 trowelled to even and smooth finish, mixing with liquid water proofing admixture @400ml per 50 Kg of cement, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of water proofing admixture shall be excluded and paid in respective item of BOQ.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
