Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and paving including floor tiles not exc 15 cm thick but above ground floors or highly elevated and removing the debaries from Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as mass concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., and removing the debries from the Dockyard premises all as specified and directed.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete block masonary in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using, 20mm graded aggregate with solid block, exceeding 10cm in width setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 100mm bore (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete type) set in cement mortar including haunching and benching complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), in landing, cover slabes (for manhole) chajjas and similar articles including chamfers weathering, throating etc., and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length and bent to shape required, including cranking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified.

M&L for cleaning the blockage in the sewage lines/man holes etc., n.exc 1.0m deep including removing of debris, sludges, deposit etc, form the Dockyard premises including removing and refixing the cover slab complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for salt glazed stone ware gully traps (size 180X150) square or round mouthed type 'P' complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering / desludging of septic tanks, soakage wells etc., cleaning of all sludge, silt residue of both orgenic and inorgenic nature by manuallabour or by mechenical scrappers etc., and disposal off the same out side the Dockyard area all as directed and including dumping the material to any depth, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description (in sunken floors) and in any position and removal of debris from Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete or brick surfaces in sunken portions mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and as directed. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L applying evenly a coat or blown type bitumen @ 1.5 kg/Sqm and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cum/Sqm all as specified and directed

M&L polythene 5- micron thick laid on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling in sunken floors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over including redering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe including taking out the existig unserviceable pedestal pan complete all as directed .

S&F in repairs 75 mm dia PVC pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) bend 75 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm dia PVC pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) bend 110 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs set in CM 1;6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for deformed bars of 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 47.00 above, but 6 to 8 mm dia

Desilting of drains in any condition including foul condition including necessary dewatering temporary diverting of flow etc., and removing the silt outside Docyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 30mm thick cement concrete type 'B-0' 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying tiles in CM1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450X350X7 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over including rendering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of water tanks 2000 ltrs capacity and S&F Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down GI tubing 15mm bore with all connection from wall complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 55.00 above, but for 20mm bore.

Supply & fix 15 mm bore bore GI tubing medium grade (ISI Marked) fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 57.00 above but 20 mm bore .

Material & labour for two coat of white wash including preparing of new / old plastered / unplastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
