REPLACEMENT OF BER 750 KVA TRANSFORMER AND LT PANELS AT SUB STATION NO 04 AT INS DRONACHARYA UNDER GE FORT KOCHI

Dismantling and taking down of Unserviceable Transformer of 750 KVA capacity from at site, after properly disconnect of input/output (HT/LT) connections and taking out and including arrange lifiting, loading to lorry and transport to deposit AGE EM storeyard complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation ,testing and commissioning of distribution transformer mounted on existing surface place stepdown 11 KV /0.433 KV three phase complying with IS 2026 and IS 1180 (part-1) 2014 and IEC 600676 with latest ammendments, indoor type,copper wounded suitable for 50 Hz system of capacity 800 KVA oil immerged ONAN (Oil Natural Air Natural) coooled Delta connected on HT side, impulse withstand 2.5 times rated high voltage and Star connected on LT side, power frequency withstand voltage HV/LV ),Victor group Dyn 11, provided with OFF circuit Load tappings change to vary secondary voltage from (+) 7.5 % to (-) 7.5 % in steps of 2.5 % losses should be confined to the limits specified as follows: maximum allowable losses at full load (100%) and half load (50%) shall not be exceeded 1.12 % and 0.79% respectively asper GRIHA RATING , Percentage impedance 5% losses and impedance are subjected to tolerance as specified in IS 1180. The transformer should be supplied with first filling of oil confirming to IS 335. The transformer should have both side cable end box with neutral brought out and including making good existing PCC surface with PCC 1:2:4 ,B1 20 mm aggregate complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge and installation of transformer shall be carried out as per IS - 10028 and comprising with the following standard fittings / technical specification :- Transformer 800 KVA ,Star rating by BEE with labeling ,BIS certification is mandatory under the Compulsory Registration Scheme and Quality Control Orders issued by Govt of India for each rating of distribution Transformer and valid type test report duly issued by NABL accredited BIS approved Lab ,Level - II ,Rated, and complying with the following:

(x) Provision of thermometer with pocket,including all tehnically site requirement complete all specification and as directed (y) Provn of Buchholz relay with alarm and trip contacts connecting up with VCB panel wiring etc

Taking down unserviceable LT panel /APFC panel of any type/any capacity/any size from existing position after disconnection of all electric connection & temporary restoration of normal electric supply till final installation of LT panel including making good disturbed surfaces if floor/walls etc complete as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of weather and vermin proof indoor type (made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet) LT Panel box type factory made, front & back openable type, CPRI approved,compartmentalized design including mild steel channel frame of ISMC 75 mm at the base of panel only for grouted,duly epoxy powder coated, complete with heat shrink insulated aluminium bus bar of 2000 Amps rating 4 Nos,with heat shrinkable insulated sleeves with colour code and insulated support, cable galleries inter connecting bus bar connecting linkage , digital type multifunction meter complete and conforming to IS 8623 and IP 54 class of protection as per IS 2147 complete, including all connections with aluminium strips, Pillar box shall be provided with danger notice plate with skull & bone sign, PVC gasketed and sealed, making all incoming and out going electrical cable connecetions with new lugs, glands to be provided at cable entries, including angle iron support 50x50x6 mm with from ground level at the base of panel complete etc, installation, testing & commissioning complete and mounting the panel board all specified and as directed all as The panel shall be comprising of following accessories:
