SUPPLY AND CONSTRUCTION OF COMMUNICATION TRENCH 2000 METRES

Loop Holes will be provided in brick walls .Loop hole will have clear opening of 700 x 300 mm with two sliding shutter opening up independently with arngs of putting stay at centre of each shutter at top. Loop Hole will be made of ISA 75 x 75 x 6 mm frame and 10mm thick MS plate. Each shutter of loop hole will be fixed with 2 Nos 350 x 300 mm sliding MS plate 10mm thick. One tower bolt and one handle will be provided on each of the shutters for opening/closing of shutters. One peep hole with sliding slit of size 75 x 75mm will be provided on centre shutter of each loop holes near its lower edge all as per diagram. Pre fabricated steel door of size 900x1800 mm of 2mm thick MS sheet and angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm for frame work and FI 25 x 5 mm for braces / hold fast / bottom support. All fittings and locking arrangements like hinges, sliding door bolt, tower bolt, handles etc. will be provided to door with suitable welding work. Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to be provided all as per diagram. Make:TATA/SAIL/JINDAL/RINL or Equivalent to IS 808-1989.

SRT roof 1830 mm long , made out of 2mm thick @ 27 kg each with tolerance -2% to +5% hot rolled carbon steel sheet. The overall width of SRT shall be 613mm and height shall be 180mm.The SRT shall be applied with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide prime. The shape of SRT shall be regular and angle of bending shall be maintained properly. The SRT not found in proper shape shall be rejected. SRT shall rest directly over brick walls of comn trench as per diagram. Make : TATA/SAIL/ JINDAL/ RINL or Equivalent of IS 1730-1989

Entrance canopy at the entrance to be provided as per drg. PPGI sheet 0.63 mm shall be used as roof of canopy. Frame for canopy to be of angle 45x45x6mm with 4 Nos column of 50mm bore with base plate/ top plate of 150x150x6mm with 4 Nos predrilled holes to be fitted with 10mm dia 50mm long for top plate and 16 mm dia 300 mm long nut/bolts with washer for base plate will be fitted over a PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 block of size 200x200x300mm as per diagram.

LDPE film as per IS 2508-1984 shall contain not less than 2.0% of carbon black of an average particle size 300 micron, 4 mtr wide and sufficient adhesive of fixing. Make : Sllpaulln/Supreme or equivalent of IS code - 2508-1984 (Colour- Black/OG)

HDPE sand bags (UV proofed) barrel type double stitched at one end std quality with inside lamination size 840mm x 360 mm with suitbale tying cord as per IS 14252-1995 and weight of each bag not less than 100 gsm. Colour -Khaki or Equivalent of IS 14252-1955
