Providing, laying WBM (G-II) 53 mm to 22.4 mm with screening of Type ‘A’ in layer of 75mm each, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per technical clause 404 of MORT&H specifications (Based on HSR 17.23.2) Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion grade SS-I on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 kg/sqm mechanical means as per technical clause 502 of MORT&H specifications (Based on HSR.17.25)

Providing and applying tack coat with penetration grade bitumen VG - 10 using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications (HSR.17.26.2)

Providing & laying 50mm DBM using the reclaimed material to the extent of 30% per cent of the required quantity after carrying out necessary check and evaluation, adding fresh mateerial including rejuvenation as required, grade, level and thickness, all as specified in clause No.519. (5th revision) 2013 using bitumen VG-30 (minimum Bitumen content 4.50% i/c bitumen of retrieved material as per job mix formula) using 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant with appropriate arrangement for use of R.A.P, appropriate roller and with hydraulic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade. The milled material to be used in DBM shall be minimum 80% of the theoretical quantity. (Based on HSR 17.43.1) Note:- If bitumen required is more than 4.50% as per job mix formula, no extra payment will be paid. Extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work. II - Before carrying out bituminous work, coating & stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to be performed in accordance with IS – 6241. If coating and stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is less than 95%, anti-stripping agent will be used by contractor. The anti – stripping agent should conform to the requirement as stipulated in IS 14982:2017. The cost so incurred will be considered as incidental to work and nothing extra shall be payable. The type and brand of anti-stripping agent along with procedure shall be approved by SE-in-charge in writing before start of work. A proper record of results be maintained and same shall be submitted along with bills by the contractor. Note: - Where there is DBM on existing black top , cracks shall be sealed as MoRT&H specification 5th revision clause No. 3004.3, which may consists of (i) Fog seal/ or (ii) crack filling and or (iii) patch work repair as required at site in accordance with clause No. 3004.3.2, 3004.3.3 and 3004.2 of MoRT&H specification 5th revision respectively. Proper measurement and consumption shall be entered in MB for cracks sealed but no payment on this account shall be made as crack filling is incidental to work.

Providing and laying 30mm thick bituminous concrete (BC) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG -30 @ 5.4% per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controlto the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of per MORTH specifications Note: - I If bitumen required more than 5.4% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work. II - Before carrying out bituminous work, coating & stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to be performed in accordance with IS – 6241. If coating and stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is less than 95%, anti-stripping agent will be used by contractor. The anti – stripping agent should conform to the requirement as stipulated in IS 14982:2017. The cost so incurred will be considered as incidental to work and nothing extra shall be payable. The type and brand of anti-stripping agent along with procedure shall be approved by SE-in-charge in writing before start of work. III - Where there is only BC on existing black top, cracks shall be sealed as MoRT&H specification 5th revision clause No. 3004.3, which may consists of (i) Fog seal/ or (ii) crack filling and or (iii) patch work repair as required at site in accordance with clause No. 3004.3.2, 3004.3.3 and 3004.2 of MoRT&H specification 5th revision respectively. Proper measurement and consumption shall be entered in MB for cracks sealed but no payment on this account shall be made as crack filling is incidental to work. (HSR.17.31.2)

Providing & Marking center line / side line 2.5mm thick (minimum) with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including Reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Note: - Before start of work the contractor shall give brand, batch number, manufacturing date of the material to be used along with a photocopy of bill duly signed by the contractor and get approved the same from Engineer-In-Charge before use. (Based on HSR.34.26)

Construction of embankment (on berms) with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications (HSR.17.7)

Providing & fixing Hazard Marker sign board 300x900mm rectangular as per IRC 67- 2012 with using retro reflective Sheeting Class C as per ASTM D 4956 09 and IRC 67 2012, fixed over 4mm thick Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) sheeting having skin thickness of 0.4 to 0.5 mm on both sided and fixing the same with suitable size aluminium alloy rivets @ 200 mm c/c to back support frame of 25x25x3mm angle iron supported on a square hollow steel section post 60x60x3.2mm conforming to IS 4923 firmly fixed to ground including foundation concrete M-25 of size 0.45x0.45x0.60m for vertical post complete as per clause 801 of MORT&H specifications. Supplier shall provide a warranty as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2012 for retro reflective sheeting & a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory including three year outdoor weathering test report for sheeting tested in India condition conforming to clause 6.7 of IRC 67- 2012. (HSR.34.19.1)

Supplier shall provide a warranty as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2012 for retro reflective sheeting & a certified copy of test reports including three year outdoor weathering test report for sheeting tested in India condition from an independent test laboratory conforming to clause 6.7 of IRC67-2012 (HSR.34.5.1)

Providing and Fixing of Flexible Median Markers as per IRC 79:2019 which shall be made of combination of tough, high impact resistant molded thermoplastic body along with floroscent yellow colour retro-reflective Class C sheeting with minimum exposed reflective area 285 square mm and with rebound property. The reflective sheeting should confirm to Class C Yellow sheeting as per IRC 67-2012 . The flexible median marker shall have overall height of minimum 180 mm, width of minimum 120 mm, body thickness of minimum 2.0 mm and shank depth of minimum 30mm. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be on both sides of the Flexible Median Marker and shall be edge protected with no exposed edges which will prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage, etc. The edge of sheeting should not come out easily by putting nails, sharp objects etc. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body. The product design has to with stand all natural impacts and should not get damaged if any pedestrian stamp on top of it intentionally or unintentionally. The product should bend up to 90 degree on both sides without breakage or damage. The Flexible Median Marker shall be tested from Government Lab for reboundability and tensile test as per IRC 79 :2019. (HSR 34.35)

Providing and fixing of standard Metal Delineators per IRC 79:2019 consisting of retro reflective area in white colour using Micro prismatic retro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67-2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per Class C table specification. The delineator shall be painted with only black colour powder coat of minimum40 microns thickness, on top of retro reflective sheeting only in white colour shall be pasted on both sides. The structure shall have height not less than 800 mm above ground, width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than300 mm below ground while being installed. The delineator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheet vandal proof. The delineator is meant for application on gaps in median, traffic islands, dangerous bends, round abouts, narrow bridges etc or as desired by site engineer. The product shall be provided with 3 year outdoor warranty report tested in India condition as per IRC 67: 2012 requirement. In case of soft ground, a proper foundation may be provided as per approved design. In case foundation is required to be provided, the items of excavation and foundation concrete are required to be measured and paid separately. (HSR.34.37)

Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector Providing and fixing of road stud 100x100mm, die-cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm up to a depth of 60mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 part 4:1973 (HSR 34.33)

Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by mechanical means Hydraulic excavator in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to any, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed by Engineer-in-charge, within any lead. (HSR 4.14.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 with stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect. (HSR 6.1.7)

Brick work with common burnt clay non modular bricks of class designation 10.5 in foundation and plinth in cement Mortar 1:4. (HSR 7.21.1)

Cement pointing 1:2 on lining in bed (HSR 14.23.1)

Providing and laying 600mm dia reinforced cement concrete pipe NP-4 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1 :2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets 1000 mm dia, as per clause 2900 of MORT&H specifications Note: - Contractor shall supply bill of manufacture of pipes. Pipes should bear name of manufacturer and ISI mark along with bill duly valid ISI certificate of manufacturer should be supply. Without these bills certificate no payment shall be released. (H SR.17.61.1)

Recovery items: The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from dismantling of existing brick work, bituminous layer have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantled material can used in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specifications) after approval from employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. This material can be taken away by the agency at the price quoted by the agency but minimum price to be quoted is limited to reserve price as fixed and mentioned as under :- Scarified material @ Rs.1491 Per Cum

Note: All quantities of the above materials have been worked out on the basis of theoretical quantities laid on this road. However, agency may visit site before quoting rates and assess the extent of retrieved material. There shall be no measurement after actual dismantling and if material after dismantling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of quoted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. The reserve rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below the reserve price will be entertained and reserve price will be considered for all purposes in case the agency quotes lesser than reserve price. 1) In case of any difference in the unit & nomenclature of any of the HSR items depicted in this DNIT and the given in HSR, the unit of nomenclature given in HSR shall be applicable. 2) In case of any difference in the unit of any non schedule item depicted in this DNIT and the conventional unit of that N.S. item as per practice in this department, the conventional unit as per practice shall be applicable
