Excavation in all type of soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and disposal to the low lying areas with all lifts and lead up to 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD/ 301 MORTH complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Soling with 150 mm soling stone of granite variety (50%) and stone boulders (50% boulders available at plant) including mill reject materials for packing and Bottom Ash for filling interstices including cost and conveyance of all materials (excluding seigniorage charges), labour charges, hire charges of machinery, T&P, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site. (Bottom ash and stone boulders will be issued by the department free of cost)

Laying P.C.C (1:3:6) using 20 mm size HBG machine crushed metal including cost and conveyance of all materials (except cost of Seigniorage charges), machine mixing, placing in position, tamping, labour, operational & incidental charges, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site and as per standard specifications.

Providing high yield strength deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) bars (Fe 415/ 500/ Fe 550 grade as per IS 1786 -1979) of different diameters for RCC works including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying, lap splicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings conveyance of steel to site, all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars, cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks, all incidental, operational charges etc., complete for finished item work at all heights as per standard specifications and as directed by the engineer in charge. (Reinforcement Steel will be issued by TGGENCO at free of cost at departmental stores at KTPP)

Providing of Ready Mix Concrete M-20 grade corresponding to IS 456 with 20mm size and 12mm size hard broken machine crushed granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry with minimum cement content as 350 kg/Cum including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate to site (except cost of seignorage charges), all operational, incidental and labour charges, weigh batching, machine mixing, pumping, centering, staging, scaffolding, laying concrete, vibrating, curing, supply and fixing of 15mm wide compressible filler board for joints etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge at site
