Relocating blocks for clearing the pathway for vehicle movements and laying filter media later

Shifting concrete block of size 1.5x1.5x0.9m of approx. 5T, after fixing steel rods of 16mm dia with a hook at the end to lift the block, 2per block not less than 1.1m each rod by drilling holes in the block and using epoxy for fixing the rod, lifting and relocating by crane at site itself including all man, machineries and material including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges, all leads and lifts, all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

Shifting concrete blocks (for placing back later in required level and position) of size 1.5x1.5x0.9m of approx. 5T, by chaining, lifting and relocating by crane or by any other suitable method without damaging the blocks at site itself including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges, all leads and lifts, all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

Ring bund

RING BUND Type II Putting up ring bund with earth filled gunny bags of top width 1.0m bottom width 2.0m height 2.0 m side and filling in between with earth to form ring bund and maintaining the same leak proof till the completion of the work and clearing the site by dismantling the bund after completion of the work including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges, all leads and lifts, all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

Bailing out water

Bailing out water using pump above 5 HP and Up to 10 HP-Bailing out water with engine and pump set above 5HP and up to 10HP, including conveyance to site and erection,cost of fuel, lubrication oil and other stores, pay of staff including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges, all leads and lifts, all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

BAILING OUT WATER USING PUMP ABOVE 10HP AND UP TO 30HP - Bailing out water with engine and pump set above 10HP and up to 30HP, including conveyance to site and erection, cost of fuel, lubrication oil and other stores, pay of staff including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges, all leads and lifts, all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

Removing damaged steel sheet piles

Removing Z steel sheet piles of size 400 x 185 x 7.5/8.5mm driven down vertically in lines and interlocked with adjacent piles with suitable pile removing unit and all accessories including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges, all leads and lifts, all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

Steel sheet piling

Providing Z steel sheet piles of Size 400 x 185 x 7.5/8.5 mm. Hot rolled steel sheet piling sections conforming to IS 2314-1986 or Hot rolled equivalent Z steel sheet piles having equal or more values of section modulus, minimum yield stress of 350 MPa and minimum thickness of 8.5mm driving down vertically in lines and levels, interlocking with LARSSEN type interlock with adjacent piles, with vibratory pile driving unit conforming to IS 11150-1993 and all accessories including all labour, hire charges, all leads and lifts, all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the directions and witnessed and convinced by Asst. Engineer and Asst. Executive Engineer in charge of work which shall be video graphed and recorded for reference.

Site levelling with sand

Site levelling with sand at site including conveyance with lead distance of 3 km and all lifts, levelling the site after compacting with suitable tools to achieve the required compaction possible, all including compacting, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges, all leads and lifts and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

Cleaning and applying epoxy on old concrete surface

Epoxy bonding of new concrete, with epoxy resins to old concrete - hardener mix including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges, all leads and lifts and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

Fixing dowel bars

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a depth of 300mm in slabs to introduce steel bars 20mm dia including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement and including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges, all leads and lifts and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

Relaying solid apron and extending downstream

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. PCC Grade M15 including mixing, laying, vibrating, compacting, watering, curing, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges, all leads and lifts, and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

Earth work

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material including earth work in river bed for diversion for river in Ordinary Soil by Mechanical Means - including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges, all leads and lifts and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

Relaying filter media

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges, all leads and lifts and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

Placing back blocks

Shifting back the blocks size 1.5x1.5x0.9 approx 5T without steel rods fixed for lifting, by chaining using suitable crane or any other suitable method without damaging the blocks and placing at required position and level including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges, all leads and lifts and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

Placing back already relocated block of 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.9m approx 5T, with suitable hooking mechanism using already fixed steel bars in the block,lifting from relocated place and placing in required position and level, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges, all leads and lifts and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

New blocks for U/s & D/s

Reinforcement

Appendix A - Mechanical works related to weir demolishing and relaying

Appendix B - Hiring and operational charges of sand pumping unit for filling the voids below the solid apron

Filling the voids below the solid apron by using sand pumps or any other suitable method with repeating the procedure at same location multiple times at suitable intervals to achieve maximum density possible to fill the voids with solid particles and as per the direction of department officers with a flow rate of 500m3 slurry per hour with a solid output of not less than 75 m3/hour at location already pointed out by the departmental officers with a lead up to a radial distance of 500m including making necessary arrangement such preparing draining channels or pipe for draining the water in the slurry filled below the apron for achieving maximum density of solid particles in the voids, including the cost of pumping if required for draining the water including hire charges of sand pump, all tools and plants and accesories, fuel charges, idling and mobilisation charges, preparing sand slurry suitable for pumping, providing and shifting the pipe lines including all labour charges, incidental charges and service tax including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges, all leads and lifts and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.
