Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8( 1 cement :4 sand :8 graded stone aggregate) with 40mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in foundations,plinth,and under floor including ramming,leveling,curing,formwork wherever necessary etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in roofs, slabs, lintels, beams, chajjas, columns, walls, vertical/horizontal fins and all kinds of maintenance works including drip moulds, centering, shuttering, scaffolding, consolidating, curing etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back half stall urinal brand like jaguar, johnson,perryware, or cera of size 580x380x350 mm with white PVC automatic flushing cistern,with fittings, standard size C.P. brass flush pipe, spreaders withunions and clamps (all in C.P. brass) with waste fitting as per IS :2556, C.I. trap with outlet grating and other couplings in C.P. brass, including painting of fittings and cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required :Single half stall urinal with 5 litre P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing White Vitreous China Table Top wash basin brand like jaguar, johnson,perryware, or cera size 550x400mm with single 15mm C.P brass pillar tap with CI brackets,15 mm flexible inlet pipe ,and 32 mm cp brass waste coupling with standard pattern,including painting of fittings and brackets etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..
