M & L for non- skid ceremic light/coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile 300mm x300 mm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including dismantling of tiles and M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed (coloured) ceramic tiles wall 300mm x 450mm x7mm thick on vertical faces of walls over and including M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including taking down old dado/skirting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed (coloured) ceramic tiles wall 300mm x 600mm x7mm thick on vertical faces of walls over and including M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including taking down old dado/skirting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 8 -10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles 600mm x 600 mm as in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over and including M&L for 15mm thick screed bed 1:6 cement motar including dismantling of floor tiles and screed bed / rendering and hearthing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item no 6 M&L for vertical surfaces including dismantling of tiles and screed bed / rendering andM&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), as in backing layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vetrified tiles light shade 8 to 10 mm thick (square) polished, size of each tiles 600mm x 1200 mm in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including M&L for screeding 15mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

All as per serial item No 8 above but for vertical surfaces including plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:4,complete all as specified and directed

S&F 16mm to 18 mm thick granite stone slabs mirror polished of colour and shade as approved by GE, machine cut bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone fixed as in steps, jambs, pillars window cills, cooking platforms & the like over and including M&L for screed bed of 15mm thick CM 1:6 etc including dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed
