Cutting/ Lopping of tree branches (girth not exceeding 15 cm) upto any height and any type of trees in route of / along the running HT OH conductor 11000 volts lines using suitable T&P and removal of cut branches from site to distance exceeding 250 mtr complete all as specified & directed. Note :- The length of one Span shall be approx 50 mtr. The tree branches after cutting, shall remain 2.00 mtr away from the outer/nearest conductor of OH lines.

Taking out / down faulty unserviceable 11KV HT UG cable from trenches/duct/ HT poles, nominal cross sectional area from 95 sqmm to 240 Sqmm, 3 core including disconnecting of cable and taking out PCC covers of any descriptions complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (i) Earth work shall be measured & paid separately. (ii) Serviceable cable covers will be kept aside for re-use.

Dismantling/taking down/out old unservieable air break gang operated switch from two/four pole structure including supply & fixing Switch Air break gang operated, triple pole, for horizontal or vertical operation, mechanically operated, outdoor type, mounted on 12 insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism & operating rod of 25mm bore, heavy grade GI pipe from ground level with & including locking arrangement & minumum 02 Nos. eye hook, 200 Amps current rating 11000 volts working pressure including making electrical connections to make it functional after testing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in replacement true vertical steel tubular, swaged welded pole conforming to IS-2713 part II , type 410 SP 55, 11 metre long complete with mild steel base plate of 6 mm thick of size 300 X 300 mm, finial taper plug, cap, bolts, nuts, washer and screws hole of required size and Nos. for fixing cross arms including painting externally with two coats of aluminium paint over & including one coat of zinc oxide primer for exposed surface and two coats of black bituminious paint for embeded portion in concrete as well as throughout internally including provision of blue & orange(AF pattern) colour strips with fluorescent paint upto 1.5 mtr height & nubmering of pole complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Excavation, earth work & PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting HT/LT cables & earthing connections, taking down & opening of defective transformer of capacity 500KVA to 800KVA, any make, from 2/4 pole structure / floor/platform mounted / CSS, for repair, opening up for inspection to asses the repairs required making joint inventories to carry out repairs, cleaning, greasing, removal of damaged parts, re-assembling after replacement of damaged parts of the transformer after repairs, making connections & reinstallation of transformer at site complete all as specified & directed.

Re-stretching of ACSR conductor (three lines) with and including binding of sagged loose conductors, of any type fixed on HT poles, at any locations including tightening the cross arms complete all as specified & directed. Note: Three lines of ACSR conductor in one span of 50 mtr length shall be measured as one unit for payment purpose.

M&L for calibration/ servicing of the SF-6 circuit breaker with engineer/ technician of reputed company with CBDC fail trip test of SF-6 breaker and making the CBDC tripping system serviceable, spring charge mechanism of SF-6 breaker of 66 KV and full satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified & directed. Note: (i) Minor parts (not catered here-in-after) shall deemed to be included in quoted rates however major Spare parts shall be measured & paid seperately. (ii) The labour factor of dismantling/taking out of old spare parts are included in quoted rates. (iii) It is the contractor's responsibility to make the equipment 100% functional by calibration /servicing througout the contract period and this aspect deemed to included in quoted rates. (iv) The above job shall be carried out at perodicity of six month (i.e first time within two/three month from the date of commencement of work and second time within nine months) (v) Two times serviceing & calibration of each SF-6 circuit breaker shall be considered as 'One unit' for payment purpose. (vi) Payment of this items shall be done after successful completion of second time serviceing & calibration.

S&F cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over & including one coat of zinc oxide primer including dismantling of old unserviceable cross arm as existing complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling & disconnecting electric connections of underground HT, XLPE cable,11 KV upto 240 Sqmm, from both sides and locating the fault in cable with fault locating machine in the entire length, removing moisture from cable, charging the HT cable with modern fault detector equipment by expert Engineers including reconnecting & commissioning the cable to make it functional complete all as specified & directed. Note: The work will be executed after obtaining proper shutdown from main power house after liasoning with Engineer-in-charge.
