Resource management for sewage treatment plant installed for Md accn area at darjipura with one FGM in three shift of 08 Hrs (i.e 1st shift from 0600 hr to 1400 hr, 2nd shift from 1400 to 2200 hr and third shift from 2200 hr to 0600 hr) including sundays and holidays all as directed.

Sewage treatment plant consisting following items :-

RAW SEWAGE PUMP, Make : EDARA, of Capacity - 05 HP - 02 Nos.

Secondry clarifier mechanism with motor of capacity-02 HP - 01 No. of Make - Elecon.

AIR BLOWER MOTOR of Capacity - 2 ABB - 02 Nos.of Make :- EVEREST.

FILTER FEED PUMP of Make - Kirloskar.- 02 Nos.

TREATED WATER PUMP - 02 Nos. of Make - Kirloskar.

DG Set Complete of Capacity - 35 KVA of Make - Kirloskar.- 01 No.

Main pannel board consisting of the following :

200 Amps change over switch 4 poles on load type

MCCB 4 Pole 415 volts cap-100 Amps -03 Nos

Voltmeter,Ammeter -01 Nos each

indicating lamps-01 set

Necessary inventatory shall be taken both the parties at the commencement of work and completion of work with regard to fittings and fixtures in the sub station.

Resource management for Reverse Osmosis Plant and borewell with two FGM (one FGM in each shift) including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and directed.

1st shift - 0600h to 1400h

2nd shift - 1400h to 2200h

RO Plant consisting of the following :-

RO plant with complete capacity 10000LPH- 01 No.

Centrifugal pump of capacity 7.5 HP - 02 Nos.

LT panel with incomer and outgoing for pumps - 01 No.

Control panel with incomer and outgoing for pumps - 01 No.

Underground sump of capacity 15000 Glns - 01 No.

PVC tank of capacity 10000 ltrs - 02 Nos.

Building with inventory and surrounding areas.

Bore well of different places with submersible pump set and starter of capacity 5 HP, 3 Phase - 04 Nos.

LT panel for each bore well at different places - 04 Nos.

GI pipe line of 80 mm dia medium grade - Approx 600 mtrs.

GI pipe line of 50 mm dia medium grade - Approx 700 mtrs.

NRV of 50 mm dia in size for 4 bore - 04 Nos.

Stop valve of 50 mm dia in size for 4 bore - 04 Nos.

Weekly cleaning/wash out of PVC tank with using bleaching powder and other suitable chemicals.

Operating the valves at spread Md Accn Area as per timing.

Bore well of different places with submersible pump set and starter of capacity 5 HP, 3 Phase - 04 Nos.

LT panel for each bore well at different places - 04 Nos.

operator will open and close the valves time to time without fail and report to concerned JE E/M and AGE E/M before and after the water supply in the area.

Valve Man/FGM liases with FGM of Main pump house and meet to concerned I/C on daily baisis for further direction.

V'Man/FGM look after the pipe line and connected items in the spread area, if any fault developed in area that time report to concerned I/C without delay for rectification the fault.

Resource management of sewage installation and pump house 769 SU area at darjipura with one FGM cum electrician in two shift 08 Hrs (i.e 1st shift from 0600 hr to 1400 hr and 2nd shift from 1400 hr to 2200 hr) including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and directed.

Sewage pump house consisting following items :-

Non clog centrifugal pump set (Jyoti) of 12 HP - 02 Nos.

LT panel MCB/MCCB - 01 No.

Underground tank - 01 No.

Centrifugal monoblock pump set of 10 HP -02 Nos

Underground sump 20000 gallons - 01 Nos

Ovedr head tank of capacity 20000 gallons -01 Nos

Maintained the Bldg with inventory and surrounding areas.

Staff (all trade) shall always remain on duty and shall maintain the connected documents such as log book, Attendence register, installation running record book, water sample maintained book etc and checking daily by Engr-In-Charge.

Contractor shall provide the T & P (Spanner set) to tradesman and also provide the log sheet, Plant running book, clothing etc and all records to be maintained properly.

Installation and complex should be kept clean and tidy in presentable look clearing Grass and other unwanted materials in an around the area otherwise a recovery at the double rate of quoted will be charged if the installation and its complex are not kept clean all the times.

Negligence of duty during Resource managements, maintaining of records shall be considered essential and any defeciency found during contract period same shall be viewed in the concerned and necessary compensation shall reviewd as per the contrct procedure

Contractor shall ensure that no worker shall work continuously more than 48 hrs in a week.

The shift staff may be detailed for any other works as required by AGE E/M and JE E/M.

FGM/AC operator shall be ITI pass or minimum matriculate with three years experience in the trade from recognized government institution. Necessary qualification details shall be submitted by the contractor within one month from the date of acceptance.

Contractor shall provide life insurance of min Rs 1 Lakh to all the employed manpower & copy of life insurance shall be deposited with department within one month of acceptance.

No one be absent on duty, if anyone found absent a recovery at the double the quoted rate shall be levied .

Staff shall remain on duty and will not leave installation without Staff. Staff shall leave the duty with releiver and proper handing/taking over is signed.

Tradesmen shall take preventive measure and shall use protective clothing as per code of practice of IE rules and deptt will not be responsible for any type of untowards incidents.

Each shift of one trade man is for 8 hours.

Log Sheet/Log Book of Plant running and running of AC plant, handing/taking over register atttendence register, will be maintained in proper form and duly binded will be issued in printed form by the contractor. All the documents shall be kept in the Sub Station and produced to GE/Vigilance Officer/Higher authorities during visit to installation.

Tradesman shall carryout normal maintenance of Plant such as cleaning of plant/pipes/ducts, parts etc.

All the above documents shall be produced to the dept (Sub Div/GE Office) at the time of claiming payments of RARs which is of mandatory requirement.

All the trades man payment details i.e., Proof of payment in the Bank, Proof of EPF, ESI and BONUS payments and attendence register and log book, Insurance certificate duly signed by all concerned shall be submitted along with RAR/MB and No payments shall be entertained by the department in the absence of the above said documents. .

Contractors trademan shall also be responsible for proper on/off of borewells 04 Nos submersible pump for RO and pump house. Also no deficency shall be entertained.
