Factory made second class hard wood (Sal) glazed and Skelton door shutters 35mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass or gauge etc., size of members of shutter as specified in clause 8.24 (a) of part-I, fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified.

Factory made solid PVC Door/window/ventilator Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet and edges shall be painted to match with prelam sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on page No 176- of MES SSR 2020 Part-II.

Factory made fully glazed (frosted/ground/obscured) PVC window/ventilator shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; completespecified and directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of 5 mm thick plain coloured PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site, Sheet No 1/1) specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

20mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% and applying water proffing treatment on sunken portion with acrylic based polymer modifed cementitious composit compound as specified and approved & cement slurry two layers, 1st layer @ 0.488 Kg/ Sqm mixed with composit compound @ 0.253 Kg & the second layer slurry @0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with 0.126 Kg of compound complete with min 4 hours allowed to air cure between these layers and applying 200 µ polyflim with adhesive, complete all as specified.

10mm thick (average) screed bed/ plaster in cement mortar 1:3 in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surface for laying of water proofing treatment as per item No 99, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC and treatment shall be measured and paid separately)

Water profing treatement over terrace using high solid content single component water based liquid applied elastomeric water proofing membrene as ASTMC 8.36 and ASTMC 6083, thickness of the memberane shall be 1.5mm, having solid content of more than 80% elongation of 500+(-) 50% laid over reinforcing layer on non woven geo-textile mesh of 40/50 50gms, including applying self primer coat by diluting with 1:1 ratio @ 0.2 kg per sqm and suface preparation including cleaning of existing treatement complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside ( or lowering, if required) for repair,cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from water tanks of capacity any capacity, from mouths of circulating pipes, hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position all as specified and directed.
