Supply of 2 x 4 Sq.mm copper flexible secondary lead of following length made out of multistranded, annealed, PVC sheathed, unshielded, EPR insulated, antitermite & antirodent cable of 5 kv grade with moulded plug and receptacle as required as per particular specifications. a) 35 Mtr

Cutting of cable groove with kerf cutting machine for laying following number of 2 x 4 Sqmm secondary leads meant for inset type runway fitting on the concrete/ bituminous runway surface including kerfing, chiseling, cleaning and filling the groove with sealant compound after putting sealant primer after laying secondary lead including jute covering for protection etc. as required. a) 01 Run of Cable (For laying 35 Mtr Secondary Lead)

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable / pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Supply and fixing of 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type -I class "B" connector and making field connections by crimping the plug and receptacle with the existing PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealant material, applying PVC HT insulation tape etc complete as required for the following size of cable. a) Single Core 16 Sq.mm

Installation, testing and commissioning of Bi-directional Inset Type High Intensity Runway Edge Light Fitting by making suitable hole with help of core cutting machine in the bitumen/pavement area of runway and fixing the fitting using quick setting sealant compound such as plasticised sulphur cement/dobefill resin compound including connection with secondary cable, positioning of isolation transformer in housing box, making good the runway to the original finish etc. as required.

Laying of 1 No. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of grade 5 KV and size 25 Sq.mm / 16 Sq.mm / 6 Sq.mm / Secondary lead in the existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / GI pipe / HDPE / DWC Pipe etc. complete as required. (Cable Supplied by AAI)

Laying of 1 No PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of grade 5 KV and size 25 Sq.mm/16 Sq.mm/ 6 Sq.mm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refelling the trench etc. as required.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 mtr long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe with charcoal or coke and salt as required.

Supply of control cable of size 1.5 Sq.mm 8 cores, 1.1KV annealed electrolytic copper conductor, armoured, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed as per IS : 1554-I & IS : 7098-I upto date.

Laying of 01 No. Control Cable of size 2.5 sq. mm., 61 cores, 1.1KV grade in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supply installation tesing and comissioning of Termination box made of MS Sheet suitable for 61 core 2.5 sqmm 1.1 KV grade copper conductor with suitable size connector strip complete connection as required.

SITC of C.I. Transformer housing box water tight round type metal container of out side dia of 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round except on top surface which is 15 mm thick etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 6 mm thick M.S. powder coated cover plate to cover the CI transformer bousing box of 330 mm out side dia having suitable holes to fasten the cover with nut bolts arrangement etc. as required.

Supply of 4 x 25 Sq.mm sizes of 1.1 KV grade multicore aluminium conductor PVC insulated / XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS-1554 (Part-I) 1988/IS-7098 (Part-I) 1985 respectively with upto date ammendments.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4 x 25 Sq.mm (28mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply of 70 Watt LED type Road/ Street light with minimum protection level IP 66, pressure die cast housing with epoxy powder coated prismatic poly carbonate cover with individual LED lenses and complete assembly with LED, driver and accessories pre-wired up to terminal block i/c suitable mounting accessories etc. as required. Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED street light fitting with all accessories on existing 7 Mtr high G.I. OCTAGONAL street light pole including supplying and drawing of 3C x 2.5 Sq.mm. FRLSH PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor cable from loop-in-loop-out box upto the individual streetlight fittings, connection etc. complete as required & as specified.

Supply of 1.0 Sq.mm size of copper conductor PVC insulated flexible, heat resistant flame retardent grade wires suitable for domestic and industrial purpose. Conferming to IS:694.
