SPL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATEMENT OF BLDG NO P-268 P-269 AND P-270 OF CERTAIN UNITS AT MIL STN UNDER GE (A)JAMNAGAR

Taking down all existing roof treatment incl wire brushing and washing down with water cleaning loose dust etc from surfaces of RCC roof incl flashing and juntion of parapet complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing , cleaning out ,wetting ,grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Average 25mm thk Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course/padding/coving & pedastal of water tank with slope 1:40 all as directed

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 Using 20mm aggregate as in Ditto, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, k, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating,& pedastal of water tank complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) mixed with waterproofing compound on padding layer for roof treatment all as directed and as specified by Engr-in- Charage. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately on supply only.)

Supply only liquid waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane (minimum 3mm thick) weight not less than 3.00 kg /sqm and reinforced with non-woven polyster reinforcement with thermal insulation with polythene finish on upper side of membrane ,laid by torch application method with overlaps 150mm on length side and100mm on the width side as per manufactures instructions over a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer @300gm/sqm and applying two coats of aluminium paint 0.20lit/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work /stone work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for old size Brickwork for fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cm (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
