Schedule 'A' Part-I (B/R itmes) Demolition Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) including floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanteling of Asbestos cement (corrugated semicorrugated etc ) sheets in roof covering inlcluding dismantling ms flat iron wind ties over roof sheet ( if any ) , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume Aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa and 150 GSM as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self taping screws with bituminious washers , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume Aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa and 150 GSM as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self taping screws with bituminious washers , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section in any position ( unframed work ) , complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for mild steel work as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) of Fe -410 W ( Gde -E ) quality A including welding ,distance pieces, gusset plates ,cleats,base plates and neccesary fastenings , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of diameter of neck ( 16 mm to 20 mm ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 22.5cm and n exc 30cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts confirming to Fe -410 , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position including any type of sunken treatment , roof treatment, mud phuska, PCC padding,lime concrete etc. and Clean up to existing RCC roof by steel wire brushes and surface washed with clean water and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. Note: All Demolished material / debries will be taken by the contractor out side of the cantonment without any extra cost to the govt.contractor should quote his rate Keeping this Aspect in mind.

Material & Labour ,15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 over concrete surfaces of roofs finished even and smooth with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement ( WPC will be measuredpaid seperately) as in roof treatment work , complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25 degree centegrate temperature and viscosity 70–160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc. after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufacture's instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shell be under :– (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centegrate at 650/ 450 N /5 cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150 degree centegrate when tested in accordance with ASTM (d–5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shell be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only , complete, all as specified and as directed. (iv) The work shall be carriout at a height upto 12 metre.

Material & Labour PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete over roof as in padding incl cement slurry @ 3Kg/Per sqm over old RCC surface, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement. all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound., complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity 500 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) & cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from in side of PVC/RCC tanks and mouths of circulating pipe & writing date of cleaning on the tank with synthetic enamel paint not less than 200mm long and 20mm wide of words and reconnecting and refixing of the tank in position to make it operational, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- (i) The unit rate shall be included cost of small fittings such as elbow, socket, reducer, tee, union, etc. (ii) The whole process of reconnecting and refixing in position after cleaning/after carrying out water proofing treatment shall be done on the same day to ensure uninterrupted water supply to the occupant, if failing so, Rs. 200/– shall be deducted for each tank per day from the contractor due.

Material & Labour cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 20 mm thick, machine pressed laid on screed bed and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 , complete, all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate ) as in roof kerb, fillets at junctions between roof and parapet walls, copings rounded or chamfered angles ., complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hotmixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) and , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles , complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for brickwork with subclass `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off premises , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C–1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (n exc 2 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight , complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 25 mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in sub base correcrion floors, surface fair finished and even and rough to receive floor finishes., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles joint free premium/1st quality 7 to 8 mm thick, (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles premium/1st quality of same description as of floor tiles in serial item No 24 above but 100mm to 200mm height as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality in vertical surfaces/skirtings/dados of size 300x450 x7mm or 300x 600x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 8 to 10mm thick heavy duty (digital) vitrified coloured paver tiles of size 300mm x 300mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Endura of Johnson or Durastone of Somany or equivalent make given in App ‘B’

Demolition of stone slabs of any description or any thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors and walls approns etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour rounding to edges of stone slab both edge such as in steps, cooking plateform and other similar situtaions with grinder,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Machine cut green marble stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour Machine cut green marble stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick as in skirting / dado over and including over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete , complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Granite (of any type) slab 18-20 mm thick machine cut ,bedded and jointed with gray cement slurry and pointed with white cement as in floors/ cooking plateform, with admixiture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Granite (of any type) slab 18-20 mm thick machine cut , jointed with gray cement slurry and pointed with white cement as in vertical surfaces / dado / skirting with admixiture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone indluding grinding and polishing complete over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for , complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs, suported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings balconies canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length & bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel wire not less than on 0.9mm dia or securing with clips., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area not exceeding 1.50 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish , complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm prelaminated PVC sheet on single side used instead of plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, edges will be painted to match with prelaminated sheet and fixed in opening complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Factory made coloured solid panel pvc door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded palin colour PVC `C' channel heaving a PVC sheert strip of 20mm width suck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bbottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame wedded/ sealed to the stiles, & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.
