Transportation : The vehicles provided by the Consultants shall include the cost for rental, drivers, operation, maintenance, repairs, insurance, etc. for all complete approx. 3000km/month run

Scorpio or equivalent 4x4 vehicle(not more than 3 years old) (1 no during Construction Period)

Bolero or equivalent 4x4 vehicle(not more than 3 years old) (1 no during Construction Period and during Maintenance Period.)

Duty Travel to Site(Fixed Costs): Professional and Sub-Professional Staff. The employer may require the key personnel to visit the Employer's Site Offices/HQ ADGBR (Chandigarh)/HQ DGBR (New Delhi)/MoRT&H (New Delhi). The quoted amount against remuneration should include travel fare for total 08 round trip to HQ ADGBR (Chandigarh)/HQ DGBR (New Delhi)/MoRT&H (New Delhi). (including Hotel Charges, travel costs etc. complete) (Average Three trip per Quarter for construction period)

Office Rent (Fixed Costs) The rent cost includes electricity and water charges, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, etc.

One Office of minimum area of 200 sqm shall be rented during Construction Period

One Office of minimum area 100 sqm shall be rented during Maintenace Period

Office Supplies, Utilities and Communication (Fixed Costs): e.g. Office Supplies, Drafting Supplies, Computer Running Costs, Domestic and International Communication etc.

Office Furniture and Equipment (Rental) : The cost shall include rental charges towards all such furniture and equipment as required for proper functioning of office. Executive Table, Executive Chairs, Tables (for executive), Ordinary Chairs Type-I, Tables (for all other staff), Ordinary Chairs–Type II (for all other staff), Steel Almirah, Visitors chairs/Conference room chairs, Tables for computers with 3 drawers, keyboard/mouse pull out trays, Printer desks, Side tables, Conference Table, Revolving Chairs for Computer Room/Drawing room, Telephone with PABX facilities, Photocopier, FAX, Computer PC (state of the art), LaserJet Printers, Binding Machine, Water Coolers and Software, Plotter, Biometric device etc.

Monthly reports (84 months x3 copies)

Half yearly Reports (14 half yr x3 copies)

Various other reports as provided in the Concession Agreement such as Completion Report

Cost towards Road Survey Equipment (Network Survey Vehicle/Falling Weight Deflectometer/Mobile Bridge Inspection Unit/Retro Reflectometer) including all required manpower, software & report processing etc.

Surface defects detection and roughness measurement using Network Survey Vehicle (8 for each Pkg)

Pavement strength measurement using FWD (4 for each Pkg)

Bridge inspection using Mobile Bridge Inspection Unit (8 for each Pkg)

Road signs inspection using Retro Reflectometer (8 for each Pkg)

Mobile Bridge Inspection Unit (MBIU) (5x2 times)

Contigencies A fixed amount of Indian Rupees Ten Lakh (Rs 10,00,000/-) shall be included in the Financial Proposal
