Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering – All work upto plinth level a) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with all leads and lifts carriage complete

b) 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed, with all leads and lifts carriage complete

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level, 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with all leads and lifts carriage complete

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting bending placing in position and binding all complete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:- a) Foundations, footings, bases of Columns.

b) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

c) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Above 20 cm wide

Supply and laying of River Bed Materials including leveling, dressing, watering & consolidation in layer 20cm in depth each layer consolidated with power road roller of minimum 8 tonne capacity incl. carriages complete,
